The chemistry is a course that combines theory with practice,which is based on the experiments.The teaching of chemistry courses in high schools is mainly by experiment courses to improve students' experimental operation ability,logical analysis ability and teamwork ability.Basic principles of chemistry and correlation behind relevant knowledge can be revealed through chemical tests.From a chemical perspective,the chemistry literacy mentioned by New Curricular Standard puts forward several requirements on the development of students' core qualities.It wants to construct students' knowledge network,cultivate their comprehensive ability and improve the ideological and moral character and finally become the well-rounded people via studying chemistry.Therefore,especially in the teaching of chemistry experiment,applied research on the most important quality of chemistry,has positive practical significance.This paper mainly adopts literature research method,classroom observation method,interview method and quasi-experiment method.This paper is divided into five parts.The first part contains the background of the subject research,the research method of the whole subject and the significance of the subject research.The second part defines the related concepts of the core literacy and chemistry experiment teaching involved in the subject.The third part utilizes the classroom observation and the interview methods to investigate the current situation of high school chemistry classroom experiment teaching.It also analyzes numerous existing problems.In the fourth part,based on the results of previous theoretical research and empirical investigation,several suggestions were made for the experimental teaching of high school chemistry classroom.The fifth part comprises the experimental teaching of "nature of sodium" and an after-class interview with students and chemistry teachers in the experimental group with the purpose of finding out their thoughts and suggestions of this course.Through the above contents,this paper attempts to explore the current situation of chemistry experiment teaching in some degree.Also hope to be able to provide constructive reference and the feasibility of approach for a quantity of chemistry teachers.
