Classroom atmosphere is an important factor that affects the effect and quality of classroom teaching,especially for the high school ideological and political course,which is a unique course,how to use relatively boring teaching content to mobilize the classroom atmosphere is a problem that every political teacher is thinking about.Students' learning motivation is to mobilize the classroom atmosphere must be attention,after a reflection of my teaching practices and other political teacher,in addition to the individual students' interest to thought political lesson is larger,the enthusiasm of students for thought political lesson is generally low,although convinced all the teachers teach students the importance and necessity of the course,but it still difficult to change teachers' teaching difficulty they face,so how to make use of the individual students' initiative to mobilize the classroom atmosphere,optimize the teaching effect,let the teachers' teaching is no longer alone are issues discussed of this study.In this study,M high school,where the author once taught,was selected as the research base,and two rounds of action research were carried out by using research methods such as literature analysis,observation and interview.In the specific research process,according to my understanding of the textbooks and the specific reality of school teaching,I chose the box content of the eleventh lesson of unit 4 in compulsory one of high school ideological and political textbooks,and another two lesson in compulsory two of high school ideological and political textbooks,as my research cases.In the first round of action research,on the basis of investigation and observation in the early stage,students with positive classroom performance are selected,and their activities are designed into teaching activities in classroom teaching.I found that the performance of these students has a good effect on the mobilization of classroom atmosphere.The use of the enthusiasm of individual students can be beneficial to the teaching rhythm of teachers,and these students are given in the teaching process Activestudents 'own subject quality,we can use the initiative of individual students to mobilize those passive students who are accustomed to silence in the classroom from both teachers and students' perspectives.The effect was good.The second round of action research verified the transfer strategies summarized on the basis of the first round.The experimental research shows whether the teaching strategies are beneficial to the classroom atmosphere.It is found that there are some external objective factors that affect the enthusiasm of individual students.Through the research,we can recognize these external factors and find the methods to reduce the impact of external factors.Each round of action research will invite the teachers in the same group to listen to the class evaluation,interview students after class,understand the real feelings of students,adjust their teaching design,and finally summarize and reflect.Based on the three rounds of action research,I found that the enthusiasm of individual students can be utilized to mobilize the classroom atmosphere from the aspects such as teaching design,teaching strategy,teaching depth,teaching emotion and so on to have a better completion of the teaching tasks.At the same time,through my reflection of the whole research process,i realized that research goals are not refined enough,the process of my discovery is hasty,for individual influencing factors of consideration and understanding is not enough.Due to my limited experience in teaching,i can't make targeted adjustment in the entire research process,so the results of the analysis is not profound enough.So in my future teaching i will conduct researches with scientifically rigorous attitude of teaching,strengthening the reflection in the actual teaching practice,and communication and coordination between same group and even the other teachers,to improve my own teaching ability and personal quality.
