Research On The Current Situation Of Concurrent Training Of Competitive Gymnastics And Freestyle Skiing Under The Background Of Transformation

In order to prepare for the Winter Olympic Games and achieve the goal of "300million people on ice and snow",many local sports began to transform to the advantage projects such as ice and snow,aiming to solve the problems such as the development of local disadvantage projects and brain drain,and the application of part-time training just started under this situation.This paper takes the successful case of part-time training of free skiing team in Jilin sports school as an example,Through the methods of literature investigation,case study,field investigation,expert interview,questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics,this paper investigates 5 coaches and53 athletes of the freestyle skiing team in Jilin sports school,understands the advantages and constraints of the team's part-time training,and puts forward some suggestions ?come to conclusion:1.It is a successful case for the freestyle skiing team in Jilin sports school to carry out part-time training.It is through the development of part-time training that the continuation of Competitive Gymnastics in Jilin Province is preserved,which also provides the talent and technical basis for freestyle skiing,greatly shortens the training cycle,and is an effective way to promote the overall development of athletes.2.In the process of carrying out part-time training,there is sufficient reserve of athletes in the team,and coaches have strong teaching ability,but the number of coaches is too small,and they have no part-time training experience.In many years of training,coaches have accumulated rich part-time training experience,but also exposed the lack of medical facilities and other hardware conditions.3.The development of part-time training of Freestyle Skiing team is in line with the development of the times.It has its own advantages and is restricted by many factors.Therefore,some suggestions are put forward:(1)using the Internet mechanism,increasing the publicity of part-time training methods;(2)improving the competition mechanism,improving and training the teachers;(3)improving the incentive mechanism of coaches and athletes,and fully mobilizing coaches andathletes Mobilization of training enthusiasm(4)update the establishment of institutions,increase the medical system,improve medical facilities,ensure the safety of athletes,increase training efficiency.
