Our government and the Communist Party of China attached very great importance to heroes.Heroes refer to those who have firm faith and will,actively spread positive energy to others,do not fear difficulties and dangers for the interests of the country,the nation and the people,selfless dedication,bravely struggle,dare to devote themselves.A person who constantly reconstructs social morality in his own way.But the reason why heroes are respected and active in history is that the essence of heroes is a symbol of spirit,and the spirit of heroes is the place of "beauty" of heroes.Heroic spirit contains patriotism,firm belief,respect for virtue and goodness,self-improvement,reform and innovation,and other precious qualities,showing the human nature 'true,good,beautiful',is an indispensable spiritual nourishment of any era.However,for a period of time,historical nihilism spoofed historical heroes,entertained heroes as pastimes,deconstructed heroic deeds,distorted heroes,and dispelled "truth,goodness and beauty" in heroes.This behavior seriously undermines the worship of heroes and has a negative impact on the establishment of teenagers' values.Secondary school period is an important period for individuals to form values,outlook on life and world outlook.Secondary school students' heroic spirit education is conducive to strengthening the national spirit and belief,promoting the development of core values,and cultivating the independent personality of secondary school students.First-hand data obtained through questionnaire survey and some authoritative second-hand data can be found that the overall progress of hero spirit education in contemporary middle school students is getting better,and the education of hero spirit in middle school students has achieved a certain effect.However,there are still problems such as the inconsistency of educators' cognition,the improper utilization of educational resources,the relatively backward educational research,the unreasonable educational methods,and the inadequacy of secondary school students' cognition.In the new era,the way of school education is unreasonable,the limitations of middle school students themselves,and the inadequate development of family education.The lack of support for social education and the inadequate construction of the government mechanism may lead to the lack of practical results in the education of hero spirit of middle school students.Therefore,it is necessary to build athree-dimensional school education system to enhance the awareness of middle school students who advocate heroes.To promote the further optimization of family education,to create a positive and favorable social education environment,to give full play to the safeguard role of the government,and to promote the development of hero spirit education in middle school students.
