Research On The Cultivation Of High School Students' Struggling Spirit In The New Era

General Secretary Xi Jinping has repeatedly stressed in public that happiness comes from struggle and that the new era is the era of strugglers.The spirit of struggle is the crystallization of the excellent traditional culture of the Chinese nation.It is the magic weapon that the Communist Party of China has won one victory after another in the process of revolution,construction and reform.Therefore,it is very important to strengthen the cultivation of the spirit of struggle.Integrating the spirit of struggle into the ideological and moral cultivation of senior high school students is conducive to carrying forward the traditional virtues of the Chinese nation,promoting the improvement of the ideological and political quality of senior high school students,and acting as a new person in the era of national rejuvenation.Marxist theory of individual all-round development,constructivist learning theory and the theory of the formation and development of people's ideological and moral character in Ideological and political education provide theoretical basis for the cultivation of high school students' struggling spirit in the new era.Through the statistics and analysis of the survey data,we can see that some senior high school students have unclear goals and plans in learning,lack of awareness of diligence and diligence,extravagance and waste in life,and have little knowledge of the spirit of struggle,insufficient action and inconsistent knowledge and action.This situation is caused by the complex environment of cultivating social struggle spirit,the imperfect education of school struggle spirit,the lack of cultivation of family struggle spirit and the limitations of senior high school students themselves.With the rapid development of social economy and the general improvement of people's living standards,the spirit of struggle should be endowed with new characteristics in the new era.Therefore,by improving students' awareness,grasping the key link of cultivating the spirit of struggle;improving school education,enhancing the overall effectiveness of cultivating the spirit of struggle;optimizing the social environment,creating a good atmosphere for cultivating the spirit of struggle;attaching importance to family education,consolidating the foundation of cultivating the spirit of struggle,and promoting the cultivation of high school students' spirit of struggle to take root.It is hoped that this paper can bring some thoughts to the cultivation of high school students' struggle spirit,provide some experience for reference,truly promote thecultivation of high school students' good ideological and moral character,and cultivate qualified builders and successors for the country.
