Research On The Struggle Spirit Of College Students In The New Era And Its Cultivation

The spirit of struggle is not only a fine tradition of the Chinese nation,but also a strong spiritual support to ensure the long-term economic and social development and realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.The young generation is the witness of the new era,the fresh blood of the Chinese nation,shouldering the responsibility of social development and national inheritance,and should inherit and develop the spirit of struggle,and become a fighter of the new era.The spirit of struggle is the concentrated display of the spirit of the times,and its connotation is constantly enriched with the development of the times.The spirit of struggle in the new era is embodied in the spirit of craftsman who works hard and strives for perfection;the spirit of innovation which breaks through barriers and is brave in innovation;the spirit of struggle which is indomitable and conquers difficulties;the spirit of responsibility which is concerned about the country,the people and the world.At the same time,the cultivation of the struggle spirit of college students not only has the individual value of stimulating the upward spiritual power of college students,molding the sound individual personality of college students,guiding college students to pursue the spiritual enjoyment,but also has the social value of cultivating high-quality talents needed for the healthy development of social economy,promoting the social and political stability and healthy development,and promoting the inheritance and development of Chinese excellent traditional culture Value.Socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,which also puts forward new requirements for college students.In the new era,college students'cognition and behavior of struggle spirit have also changed greatly.Based on the survey and interview results of 8 colleges and universities including central China Normal University,Wuhan University,Wuhan University of science and technology,central China University of science and technology,Hubei University of technology,Wuhan Institute of physical education,Wuchang Institute of technology and Wuhan Institute of shipping technology,we find that the cultivation of struggle spirit of the former college students shows a good trend,and most of the students agree with the struggle spirit of the new era Actively practice.However,due to the influence of macro environment such as market economy,multi culture,mass communication and micro environment such as schools,families and peer groups,some college students lack the integrity and profound cognition of struggle spirit,lack of indomitable will to work hard,lack of social responsibility and responsibility spirit,and lack of innovation power.To strengthen the cultivation of College Students' struggle spirit in the new era,we should adhere to the unity of theoretical education and practical experience,and the combination of demonstration,guidance and support.First of all,we can grasp the ideological and political theory course,integrate other educational resources,improve educational methods,and use a variety of educational arts,so as to promote college students' comprehensive understanding of the spirit of struggle.Secondly,we should make full use of the red resources,with the help of the modern network technology,play the role of model in the new era,and cultivate the spirit of struggle of college students in the new era.Third,we should give full play to the exemplary and pioneering role of Party and government cadres,the leading and exemplary role of people's teachers,and the role of peer groups in promoting cohesion,so as to create a good environment for the cultivation of College Students' struggle spirit in the new era.Fourth,we should strengthen innovation and entrepreneurship education and support,encourage college students to serve the grass-roots,carry out labor education and practice,so as to guide college students to actively practice the spirit of struggle.
