Study On The Path Of Struggle Spirit Cultivation Of College Students In The New Era

The history of the development of the Chinese nation is one of struggle,through which the sons and daughters of the Chinese nation have created rich material and spiritual civilization.China has made major achievements in the fight against the epidemic,won the battle against poverty,completed the arduous task of eliminating absolute poverty,demonstrated the resilience and sustainability of the development of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the prevention and control of the epidemic and completed the building of a moderately prosperous society in all respects,and achieved the first centenary goal.To this end,we must never stop moving toward the second centenary goal,strive to build a great modern socialist country,and strive to realize the Chinese dream of great renewal.China has entered a new era,and the living standards of the people have improved markedly.The struggle is no longer closely related to the "difficult environment".It is not to encourage people to live a life of "asceticism",but to encourage people to persist in struggle and maintain a spirit of striving for progress in light of the characteristics of The Times.College students are an important force in the development and progress of a country.They should not only be down-to-earth and hardworking,but also look forward to the future and integrate the "ego" into social development.This paper firstly uses the literature review method to integrate domestic and foreign resources to understand the current situation of the research on the spirit of struggle,so as to better learn from the experience of predecessors.Secondly,through the method of experience summary,the foundation of struggle is summed up in the Marxist classics,Chinese excellent traditional culture and the development of the Communist Party of China,and the significance and value of the spirit of struggle of college students in the new era are obtained.Finally,through qualitative analysis,the deeds of 278 most beautiful strivers are collected and sorted out,and then their characteristics are classified and coded,so as to summarize their excellent qualities,laying a foundation for strengthening the cultivation of the spirit of struggle of college students.The research of this paper has seven parts.The first part is the introduction,which discusses the background,significance,purpose and related concepts of struggle,summarizes the current research situation at home and abroad,and introduces the key and difficult points,innovation points and research methods of the paper.The second part elaborates the scientific connotation and value implication of cultivating the spirit of struggle of college students in the new era.This part starts from the connotation and value of the spirit of struggle itself,and summarizes the basic connotation and value implication of the cultivation of the spirit of struggle by combining with the characteristics of college students.The third part summarizes the ideological resources and theoretical basis of cultivating college students’ fighting spirit,including the fighting spirit in MarxismLeninism,the fighting gene in Chinese excellent traditional culture,and the fighting spirit of Chinese Communists.The fourth part summarizes the essence of fighting spirit based on the analysis of 278 "most beautiful strivers".278 of the most beautiful strivers were selected as the research objects,and the basic characteristics,core characteristics and common characteristics of strivers were summarized through classification,coding and sorting out,so as to provide examples for the cultivation of the fighting spirit of college students in the new era.The fifth part analyzes the current situation,problems and attributions of the cultivation of the spirit of struggle of college students in the new era.The study found that the struggle spirit of college students generally presents a good situation,they have a higher awareness of struggle,have a strong emotional experience and have a positive struggle behavior.However,there are still some problems,such as perseverance in study,pursuit of timely enjoyment in life,weak sense of innovation in work and perseverance in action.These problems fundamentally because college students one-sided understanding,cultivating content scattered,nurturing environment complex,cultivating mechanism is not sound.The sixth part explains the use of strivers in the new era to strengthen the cultivation of the spirit of struggle of college students.College students should take strivers as examples and learn from them.Based on the problems existing in the spirit of struggle of college students,they should try to put forward countermeasures,such as strengthening the cultivation target,enriching the cultivation content,optimizing the cultivation environment and improving the cultivation mechanism.The seventh part is the conclusion.
