This thesis explores the influence of college students' social media distress disclosure on their subjective well-being by establishing a model of communication and interaction.And then,the two subjective and objective variables of self-worth and social support are used as mediators,exploring their mediating role in the process of college students' social media distress disclosure affecting their subjective well-being.This study used questionnaires and in-depth interviews to collect research data,and used SPSS statistical analysis software to analyze the recovered data.According to the research scope and core points of self-disclosure,this article mainly explores the social media distress disclosure of college students from three aspects: the overall tendency of social media disclosure,the choice of target people and the choice of social media distressed way,then analyze the relationship between the dimensions of social media's distressed behavior and social support,self-worth and subjective well-being,and detect the mediating role of social and social support and self-worth.At the same time,taking into account the demographic characteristics of college students,this paper analyzes the characteristics of social media distress in college students from the aspects of gender differences and urban-rural differences.At last,using the theory of social interaction and the corresponding theory of interpersonal communication to analyze results.The role theory is used to explain the gender differences in the college students' social media distress disclosure.The adult attachment theory is used to analyze the choice of target people that students selected.Using social network theory to sort out the formation of social support and the symbolic interaction to explore the formation of college students' self-worth.And finally put it in a hole social environment,using the comparative analysis of urban-rural dual structure differences to explore the differences between urban and rural college students' distress disclosure.Explaining the process of college students' social media distress disclosure affecting their subjective well-being comprehensively and systematically.
