With the prosperity and development of China's economy and the continuous improvement of people's living standards, ideas have also changed.Divorce is no longer as rare as before, but has become an ordinary choice. As previous studies have confirmed, the impact of divorce on parents, children and even two families can not be ignored, especially the growth of children from divorced families. In daily study and life, teenagers from divorced families generally have the characteristics of low sense of security, emptiness, anxiety and aggressive impulse. If they do not receive adequate and appropriate care, they will have a greater negative impact on their personal growth and development, future employment, marriage and so on.The research employs qualitative method, and this paper takes eight adolescents from divorced families in Beijing as the research object, and through case interviews with adolescents from divorced families, explores how they respond to the event of parents' divorce, and how they cope with it,so as to stimulate the protective factors of resilience,so as to form their resilience reconstruction process. The study found that the difficulties and challenges faced by adolescents from divorced families are various, including family environment, personal development, external forces and economic pressure. Before and after their parents' divorce, their personal living environment, mentality and emotions have changed dramatically.Family environment and personal development of adolescents from divorced families will suffer different risks.Family structure has undergone tremendous changes, and personal growth plans have also changed. At this time, prejudice from outside will aggravate the bad living environment of teenagers from divorced families. In addition, sudden changes in the family and divorce of parents will bring greater economic and psychological pressure to families and adolescents. At the same time, divorced adolescents' internal protection factors, family resources and social support system will gradually promote them to recover from adversity.Their personal resilience traits will begin to play a role in helping teenagers from divorced families resist predicament.External protective factors, such as family and social support system, have also begun to play an important role.Under the influence of various protective factors, adolescents from divorced families are more calm in coping with the adversity of parents' divorce, and have a certain degree of physical and mental recovery.Based on the interviews and the status of the eight subjects, the author decided to analyze the process of building their resilience according to Kumpfer's environment-individual interaction model, and divided it into three categories: reinforcement reconstruction, adaptability reconstruction and maladjustment reconstruction.Strengthened sexual reconstruction refers to adolescents who have reached a higher level of resilience in the face of the divorce of their parents and can actively face all kinds of difficulties in life.Adaptive restructuring refers to the fact that adolescents do not achieve a high level of resilience in the face of parents' divorce, but they are still able to better adapt to parents' divorce. The level of personal development returns to the state before parents' divorce and is relatively stable.Reconstruction of maladjustment refers to the difficulties that adolescents face when facing the divorce of their parents, the low level of individual resilience, the difficulty of self-protection factors to cope with risk factors, and the poor level of personal development.
