Since the “Decision of the State Council on the Development of Vocational Education”,it has made detailed regulations on the time for teachers to practice in the enterprise for the first time.After proposing the establishment of vocational college instructor and the implementation of corporate practices,related documents have also been issued in succession.Against a large background,teacher corporate practice has also been actively carried out.Teachers have strengthened the co-operation for college and enterprises during the process of practice.The professional capability of vocational college teachers and teaching capabilities have also can been familiar.However,teachers' corporate practice still faces some problems and resistance,which affects the actual effectiveness of teachers' practice in enterprises.In this study,the author attempts to investigate the situation of professional teacher professional practice in vocational colleges based on the analysis of the factors affecting professional teachers in vocational colleges.Research,and through the literature,questionnaires,DEMATEL law to determine the obstacles hinder the practice of higher vocational colleges and universities teachers,practice,combined with the actual situation in the region,put forward to improve the motivation mechanism of vocational college teachers corporate practice.The study is divided into five parts: The first part is the introduction part,which mainly introduces the background of the research,the significance of the research,the research status at home and abroad,the research content,ideas and methods,as well as the technical route.The second part carries on the theoretical inquiry and the data analysis to the professional teacher's enterprise practice in higher vocational colleges,analyzes the internal and external motivation of the professional teacher's enterprise practice in higher vocational colleges,and uses the questionnaire survey method and DEMATEL method to determine the participation of teachers in higher vocational colleges and enterprises.The practical resistance factors define the degree of influence,degree of influence,degree of cause,and degree of centrality of the resistance factors,and analyze and summarize the results of the research.The third part is to combine the research results and analysis of the resistance factors of professional teachers in higher vocational colleges,and put forward the policy system guarantee mechanism,teacher enterprise practice evaluation mechanism,school-enterprise cooperation deepening mechanism,teacher participation incentive mechanism,and time planning construction mechanism combined with the actual situation.The five major motivational mechanisms for vocational college teachers' business practice.
