Teenagers’ self-awareness is gradually developing,longs for independence and freedom,and the active contact with the outside society increases obviously.In the process of understanding the society,because of the lack of social experience and the lack of discrimination ability,the problem can not be solved in time,leading to the plight of young people.In the process of growth and development,teenagers will not only have social and family difficulties in life,but also have learning difficulties in learning.Teenagers can not overcome and get out of difficulties without the support of resilience,and resilience can be developed and strengthened in difficulties.Based on practical experience and life experience,this paper divides resilience into three parts: sense of belonging,sense of optimism and sense of efficacy.According to the sense of belonging,optimism and efficacy,we plan and design the activities of the Youth Resilience Training and enhancement group,so that the group practice can meet the needs of the research.By using group dynamic model,this paper analyzes the resilience group of adolescents,and discusses the formation process of adolescents’ sense of belonging,optimism and efficacy in the group.Take the Youth Resilience Enhancement Group as the research object,analyzes the motivation in the group.On the basis of the theory of resilience and the professional concept of social work,this paper explores the strategies to enhance the resilience of adolescents,so as to improve the resilience of adolescents and promote the development of resilience of adolescents.
