The Western China Mathematical Competition is also known as the Chinese Western Mathematical Olympiad(abbreviated as CWMO).The development of CWMO is conducive to cultivating the mathematics thinking ability of middle school students in western China,stimulating students' interest in mathematics learning,and providing a stage for self-study to show their talents and talents in mathematics,which is conducive to promoting the improvement of mathematics education in western middle schools.In this paper,the CWMO mid-plane geometry test questions are taken as the research object,and the problem-solving thinking of the mathematics competition and the deformation of the plane geometry are studied.Firstly,through the computer search,library borrowing,bookstore search and other means to collect relevant literature on mathematics competition problem solving,I sorted out the development background and research status of the mathematics competition,and referring to the research directions and research results of the predecessors,I clarified the research thoughts and content of this paper.Secondly,on the basis of the previous researches,I summarized the four common problem-solving ideas,and then takes the CWMO mid-plane geometry test as an example to elaborate the important role of problem-solving thinking in the process of solving problems.Thirdly,taking the CWMO mid-plane geometry test as an example,the problem-solving thinking is applied to analyze the problem-solving process of mathematics competition.From four aspects of Visual imagination ability,Transformation and Conversion ability,Logical reasoning ability and Mathematics innovation ability to described specifically that the important influence of the problem-solving thinking of the competition on the ability of mathematics learning.Finally,taking the graphic of the CWMO mid-plane geometry test as the research object,and adjusted the figure by The Geometer's Sketchpad.The shape is transformed from the conditional analogy,geometric transformation and conclusion promotion.Observing and analyzing the deformed graphs,and verifying the metrics,the relevant inferences are obtained,and the proof process of several examples is given.
