| Education is the foundation of a century-long plan.At present,the development of education in our country has reached the stage of improving the quality of education in an all-round way.The quality of teachers is the key to the improvement of the quality of education.As future teachers,the quality of the training of public-funded normal students is directly related to the improvement of the quality of basic education in our country,and enrollment motivation,study engagement and professional commitment of public-funded normal students are also related to the quality of the training of public-funded normal students.The author takes the public-funded normal school students of primary education major in F University as the object of investigation,adopts the methods of documentation,questionnaire and interview,first combs and summarizes the relevant literature,carries on the questionnaire survey and interview to the present situation of the public-funded normal school students' enrollment motivation,study engagement and professional commitment,and then summarizes the enrollment motivation,study engagement and professional commitment of the public-funded normal school students based on the analysis of the survey data.In the end,the paper analyses the problems and influencing factors of the enrollment motivation,study engagement and professional commitment of the public-funded Normal University students,and puts forward relevant suggestions from three aspects: macro-policy,middle school and the individual of the public-funded Normal University students.The full text is divided into four parts:The first part is introduction.Starting from the fact that the policy of public-funded normal students is a demonstration measure,and combining with personal experience,this paper discusses the necessity of enrollment motivation,study engagement and professional commitment of public-funded normal students.Then,on the basis of defining the research issues,the related concepts are defined by literature method,and the literature is summarized to understand the current research situation at home and abroad.The second part is the investigation and Research on enrollment motivation,study engagement and professional commitment of the public-funded normal school students.Firstly,the author combs Fujian's policy on public normal students,and then elaborates on the basic situation of the pilot project of public normal students in F University,including the enrollment situation and specific training measures.Secondly,on the basis of reading the literature,papers and policy texts related to public normal students' policy,the author compiles the questionnaire and interview outline according to the basic method of compiling the questionnaire and interview outline.Interview outline;Finally,the data of admission motivation,study engagement and professional commitment of public-funded normal students in F University are analyzed,and the data characteristics are summarized.The third part,conclusions and suggestions.According to the characteristics of questionnaire survey data and interview results,the main problems of enrollment motivation,study engagement and professional commitment of public-funded normal university students in F University are summarized.For example,enrollment motivation is greatly influenced by external factors such as employment,others,economy,etc.,and is relatively less affected by internal ideas;enrollment motivation is not strong,teachers and professors can not grasp the content in time and treat the results negatively.Self-regulated learning is poor;professional commitment is greatly influenced by social norms;there is no deep feeling for the major.Then,it analyses the influencing factors of these problems from the aspects of policy,school and public-funded normal students,and puts forward corresponding suggestions.The last part is the conclusion of this paper.The main points of this paper are summarized,including problem analysis,current situation analysis,enlightenment and suggestions.Finally,it points out the shortcomings of this study and the direction of improvement in the future.In order to rectify the enrollment motivation of public-funded normal students,strengthen their learning input and improve their professional commitment,and contribute their modest efforts to improve the training quality of public-funded normal students. |
