Research On Vocational Quality Education Of Students In Higher Vocational Colleges

Higher vocational colleges are important places to cultivate talents with comprehensive quality,which should be combined with social development demand,market economy demand and era progress demand.In the outline of China's national medium-and long-term education reform and development program 2010-2020,the importance of vocational quality education is emphasized.Therefore,this paper argues that professional quality education in higher vocational school is a very important research subject,this research can not only improve the theoretical system of professional quality education in higher vocational colleges,but also for the future professional quality education in higher vocational colleges provide a good theoretical guidance,can improve students.Nowadays,serious disconnect between theory and practice,can not correctly treat the job,and many other problems.In this paper,a total of 500 questionnaires were distributed in the form of questionnaires,and 487 valid questionnaires were collected,with an effective rate of97.4%.The investigation starts from the five levels of vocational quality education,including vocational ideal education,vocational ethics education,vocational image education,vocational psychological education and vocational planning education.Then it sets 4-6 questions for each level to investigate the students of yichun vocational and technical college.In addition,28 teacher interviews were distributed to assist the accuracy of the survey results.Results show that the higher vocational students for professional quality education has a certain understanding,but the overall concept of fuzzy,lack of professional ethics education effective guidance,lack of professional image education building,professional psychology education study,career planning education foot,backward professional quality education and so on questions to carry on the analysis,come to the conclusion by most of the students have no clear career planning,and has a lot of deficiency in professional quality education.Finally,this paper puts forward educational strategies and Suggestions from the following aspects: changing the thought of vocational quality education,strengthening the effective guidance of vocational ethics education,strengthening the planning of students' vocational image education,systematic learning of vocational psychological education,and setting up courses related to vocational planning education.
