Research On The Cultivation Of Vocational College Students' Professional Accomplishment Of Architectural Engineering Specialty In Higher Vocational Colleges

In recent years,China's Vocational Education in deepening the reform of the rapid development,further improve the quality of education.But as a part of higher education,vocational education has long been influenced by "educational tools" and "utilitarian values".The construction industry as one of the pillar industries of our national economy involves not only dozens of upstream and downstream industries,but also closely related to the lives of thousands of households.Therefore,higher vocational colleges culture has the social sense of responsibility and professionalism construction personnel has more far-reaching significance to the development of the construction industry.China is in the throes of industrial structure adjustment and reform,the construction industry need to innovation as the core competitiveness to compete for the market,so we need to cultivate more talents of innovation,compound type talent and high-quality personnel,thereby to improve the construction engineering and technical personnel of comprehensive quality and international competitiveness.The through literature research method,questionnaire survey method and comparative study method,focusing in the cultivation of students' professional quality in higher vocational,help to make the higher vocational education pay more attention to the development of people and the demand of employment,is conducive to Higher Vocational Colleges Based on the vocational quality education in school enterprise integration of campus culture construction,curriculum reform and students' Ideologicaland political education innovation,and will further enrich the connotation and the theory of the quality education in higher vocational colleges.Firstly,the general theory of vocational quality cultivation is described.Through literature research method,questionnaire survey method and comparative study method,under the guidance of the general theory,combining with the specific situation and characteristics of the cultivation of students' professional quality in the construction engineering of Zhejiang Changzheng Vocational and Technical College,the problems in the cultivation of students' professional quality are analyzed and discussed.And then it discusses the advanced experience of foreign vocational education,and finally puts forward the guiding significance for the improvement of professional quality training of students in the construction engineering of Career Technical College in Zhejiang.
