Teachers bear the heavy responsibility of training talented person, The quality of early childhood teachers greatly affect the physical and mental development of children, while the quality of preschool teachers depends largely on training system of kindergarten teachers.As pre-teacher, the graduates’professional quality of pre-school education in higher vocational colleges has an important impact on the development of the entire preschool education. This study adopts questionnaire method and interview method, use " specialized standards for teachers of Kindergarten (Trial)" as the content of the questionnaire design standard. The investigator selected four higher vocational colleges setting up preschool education major in Sichuan Province.100students per colleges, a total of400graduates were collected as subjects. According to the statistical of354valid questionnaires by SPSS19.0on the final recovery, the investigator analyzed the current situation of the graduates’ professional quality of preschool education in higher vocational colleges, explored the reasons behind the current situation and the problems, and put forward countermeasures to improve the professional quality of graduates of preschool education in Higher Vocational Colleges.This article launches the elaboration from following several aspects:the part before the main text is an introduction, describ the background of this research, literature review, definitions, purposes and research methods of the research. The first part to the third part is an analysis of the professional quality status of preschool graduates, statistic the questionnaire by the SPSS19.0, this article analys and discuss the professional quality status separately from the three dimensions:professional philosophy and ethics, professional knowledge and professional concept. The fourth part is an analysis for the problems and causes of graduates in higher vocational colleges; and based on the foregoing situation analysis, this part summarize the major ideas that students have higher accomplishment in professional philosophy and ethics, but adjusted admission students’professional philosophy and ethics is lower. The graduates have poor professional knowledge, especially the policy and the frontier knowledge of the preschool education. Their professional competence development is not balanced, and have extremely low scientific research ability.Through interviews of graduates and different backgrounds variance analysis, the researcher discovery the main factors result the problem of the professional accomplishment of graduates are lack of social supports and school training is not scientific and effective enough. The fifth chapter part put forward countermeasures to improve professional quality of pre-school graduates in vocational colleges. According to factors analyzed in the last chapter, the researcher raise two recommendations of increasing social support and school culture, and focus on four aspects of school culture, for instance clear the training objectives and specifications, establish scientific curriculum system, increase the teaching resources and promoting students’ self development in different channels.
