Vocational education undertakes the important task of training high-quality laborers and tens of millions of highly skilled professionals to meet the needs of society.It is also an important link in China's education system,and also carries the carrier function of secondary education students' training.Vocational education under the national policy tilt constant input and got rapid development,but with the continuous development of the vocational colleges has also increased the competition between different colleges,greater competition for students and professional set up there,based on the enterprise unit of choose and employ persons needs and requirements for the sustainable development of secondary vocational students,establish vocational college students vocational core quality standard system,cultivate conforms to our country social economy development of "high quality,applied and skilled talents.Taking the business Japanese major of wuhu Z university as an example,this study conducted a comprehensive and systematic analysis on the vocational quality education of students in vocational colleges from the perspectives of schools,enterprises and students through literature retrieval,questionnaire survey and interview.Found the vocational colleges in the cultivation of professional literacy problems and need to improve the problems facing the students:vocational literacy ideological awareness is not strong,slow action;Students have little professional emotion and no good professional quality.Students have not developed good professional habits;Vocational literacy courses offered in schools are mere forms.When the education was initially carried out,there was no clear goal,the educational content could not be in line with the society,the methods used were not focused on innovation and keeping pace with The Times,the quality of teachers could not be attracted,and the educational evaluation was too simple.At the same time,combining with the enterprises' evaluation of the professional quality of the staff with vocational college education,this paper analyzes the vocational quality education of vocational college students from the perspective of their future job hunting.In view of these problems,the author puts forward relevant countermeasures and Suggestions based on the exploration results of business Japanese major in wuhu Z college in strengthening the cultivation of professional literacy of students:first,strengthen the understanding of professional literacy education of students themselves,set career goals,and pay attention to the cultivation of professional behavior.Secondly,schools should make clear the goal of vocational literacy education,establish a reasonable content of vocational literacy education,adjust the curriculum and establish the curriculum of literacy education.Enrich the content of initial education and career planning courses;Increase the content and time of practical teaching.Thirdly,innovate the methods of vocational literacy education.We should strengthen cooperation between schools and enterprises,encourage teachers and students to set up enterprises,strengthen vocational training and face-to-face simulation training.Fourthly,we should strengthen the construction of the teaching staff and the education of teachers' professional ethics,train professional "double-qualified" teachers,and establish a system for teachers of specialized courses to take temporary posts in enterprises or hire part-time teachers.Fifth,the continuous improvement of the evaluation system of vocational literacy education.
