The idea of adaptive education embodies the demand of reiterating subjectivity education and returning to the rational value of Education under the background of alienation of educational objectives.In the new era,the value orientation and goal orientation of China's education management are changing."China's education modernization 2035" defines the concept of "facing the people and teaching students in accordance with their aptitude" as the basic concept of educational development.Student's learning adaptability is to measure whether the concept of adaptive education is implemented or not from the micro level,and to provide every child with the key indicators of the realization of the goal of learning reform suitable for education.The improvement of learning adaptability is conducive to stimulating learners' subjectivity,improving learning outcomes and promoting individual development of every child.Schooling system is the core means of education management.The content of the system will undoubtedly change with the change of the value orientation and goal orientation of school education.However,the overall framework of compulsory education system in China basically extends the original model of modern school system.Modern school system originated in the early industrial society.Age-based,unified,standard and large-scale supply of educational resources is conducive to quickly meet the needs of low-end workers.However,the objective of the current educational system and the development of education in the new era is contradictory.That is,the educational system of efficiency oriented education system does not match the students' differentiated learning needs and individual development needs,and the reform of school system is imminent.The existing research focuses on the rationality of improving the flexibility of compulsory education system from the theoretical and macro perspective.So,at the micro level,is the lack of flexibility in the school system a factor restricting students' learning adaptability? How to promote the reform ofcompulsory education system based on students' different learning needs?Firstly,through literature analysis and theoretical analysis,on the basis of the existing research,this study interprets the relationship between learning adaptability and system from the two dimensions of empirical research results and theoretical analysis,laying a theoretical foundation for the study.Secondly,800 students in compulsory education stage were randomly selected as the subjects of the survey(768 valid samples).The core idea of the study is to test the validity of the virtual model(LA = F(X,C)+?)based on the theory of learning adaptability according to the survey data.The main conclusions of the study include:(1)Descriptive analysis shows that the learning adaptability of students in compulsory education stage is generally low,and the demand for flexible education system is generally high,among which the demand for flexible upgrade standards and flexible learning years is the highest.(2)Variance analysis shows that,as far as the region is concerned,the learning adaptability of rural students is higher than that of urban students,and the demand for flexible educational system is lower than that of urban students.In terms of academic achievement,students' learning adaptability is significantly positively correlated with their academic performance.Students have the lowest demand for flexible learning system,which means that the lack of flexibility may be the cause of unsatisfactory learning outcomes of potential students.Improving the flexibility of learning system may help to promote the learning level of the largest proportion of intermediate learners.In terms of school segments,the cohesion stage between primary and secondary schools(grade 1-2)and the cohesion stage between primary and secondary schools(grade 7-8),students' learning adaptation.At the same time,the demand for flexibility in different dimensions of the school system has been significantly increased,which shows that how to improve the flexibility of the school system in the cohesion stage and increase students' choice opportunities with different needs are the key points of the future compulsory stage of the school system reform.(3)The results of correlation analysis and regression analysis show that the higher the students' demand for flexible education system,the lower the students' learning adaptability.That is to say,the students' learning adaptability is negatively correlated with their demand for flexible education system.The elasticity of learning system is the factor that affects students' learning adaptability.Among them,flexible learning tasks and learning years have significant predictive significance for students' learning adaptability.The predictive value of flexible learning limits is the largest.That is,at present,the flexibility of learning years is increased by one unit,the students' learning adaptability is increased by 26%,and the learning content flexibility is increased by one unit,and the learning adaptability will be increased by 10%.Finally,the study puts forward feasible suggestions for the reform of compulsory education system.(1)The premise of the reform of compulsory education system is to achieve the unity of value level and system form.The change of single factor will restrict the effectiveness of the reform.(2)The core of school system reform lies in the establishment of flexible learning limit mechanism.There are two feasible paths:(1)Under the condition of unchanged teaching organization form with classes as units,supported by educational information technology,the flexibility of learning tasks shouldbe increased,the leaks and gaps should be checked and filled,and the learning efficiency should be improved;(2)The new teaching organization with curriculum as the core should be established step by step in the section.Units,learners choose different stages of courses to study according to their own learning status,which is conducive to overcoming the drawbacks of repeating other courses because of partial disciplines,and also conducive to the personalized development of potential students in a certain discipline field.(3)The guarantee of school system reform lies in the implementation of precise implementation mechanism,in which regional differences and section differences are the key factors affecting the design of school system.
