With the reduction of schoolwork burden in primary and middle schools,students' school time is shortened and the school ends earlier,but the parents' off-work time cannot keep pace with it,many families have encountered the “3:30 problem” of picking up their children.As a solution to the “3:30 problem”,the flexible departure from school system for students in compulsory education has been implemented in various regions of the country.The implementation of the flexible departure from school system,it plays an important role in solving parents' “worries at home” and ensuring the educational fairness in the stage of compulsory education,but there are also many obstacles in the implementation process.Therefore,improving the educational value of the flexible departure from school system,coordinating the related rights of the participants and clarifying the relationship among the factors are the only way to ensure the steady progress of the flexible departure from school system.This research aims to enrich the connotation of the flexible departure from school system and improve the implementation status of the flexible departure from school system.Selected the ten public primary and middle schools in the city of Harbin and Hangzhou as the main research object,investigate the actual situation of the flexible departure from school in the selected schools in Harbin and Hangzhou by using literature method,questionnaire survey method,interviews and other research methods in order to show the initial problems of flexible departure from school in the early stage of implementation and influencing factors,trying to come up with the relevant countermeasures to improve the system of flexible departure from school.This research is divided into four parts: the first part is the introduction,which mainly introduces the raise of problems,research purposes and significance,research methods,summarizes the research status at home and abroad,defines the concept of flexible,flexible departure from school and other related concepts.The second part mainly investigates 10 public primary and middle schools in Harbin and Hangzhou to get to know the implementation of the flexible departure from school system at this stage from the parents and students' demand and satisfaction of the flexible departurefrom school,teachers' perception of the flexible departure from school system and their working attitude,the specific implementation of flexible departure from school system and so on.The third part,through the questionnaire and interview results,expounds the problems existing in the implementation of the flexible departure from school system,such as the slow progress of school implementation,the single structure of teachers,the monotonous content of activities and so on,and analyzes the relevant influencing factors from the aspects of society,school,family and other participants.The fourth part,according to the current implementation status of flexible departure from school system,puts forward relevant countermeasures from the aspects of clarifying the educational value of the flexible departure from school system,building a mature operation system,improving relevant systems,integrating family resources,strengthening teachers and enriching activities.
