This paper holds that China's industrial engineering education has entered a new stage and created a good external operating environment for JW Company.Firstly,the Ministry of Education has issued guidelines for action and practical projects,and Guangxi has issued guidelines to speed up the development of New Engineering Education.Secondly,a number of policies have helped industrial upgrading in Guangxi,and remarkable achievements have been made in the intelligent industry.Thirdly,the mechanism of collaborative education has taken shape and the cooperation between schools and enterprises has been deeply integrated.Fourthly,the scale of Engineering Education in Guangxi is gradually expanding,and enterprises are increasingly demanding the ability of industrial talents.In the future,the intelligent manufacturing industry will need a large number of new subject talents,and it will also provide market opportunities for industrial education and training institutions.JW Company should implement the growth strategy of SO,define the development strategy orientation of "the well-known intelligent training leader in the industrial field in Guangxi" and optimize the intelligent industrial education service.Firstly,it should consolidate the hardware capability of the main business,make every effort to build an integrated intelligent manufacturing base,integrate all kinds of highly simulated software training systems,and create a high-quality and efficient new subject teaching mode.Second,deepen the depth of school-enterprise cooperation,provide more professional value-added services for the school's professional settings and curriculum management,gradually expand the scope of influence in the field of education,and form a well-known brand of intelligent education.Thirdly,it should implement the strategic deployment from school-enterprise collaborators to campus builders,build digital multimedia and intelligent interconnected control system on campus,and promote the construction of smart campus.This paper proposes four measures to ensure the implementation of JW Company 's development strategy,including enhancing capital operation,strengthening the Construction of Talents,speeding up the Development of Market Channels,and focusing on project research and development.
