A Swot Analysis And Strategy Slection In College Phisical Education Cooperation For Guangxi And Vietnam

Based on the construction of China-ASEAN Free Trade Area,this study aims at comparing strengths, weaknesses of physical education professional development status in Guangxi's and Vietnam's sport higher institutions by means of literature, interviews, questionnaires, SWOT analysis. And the opportunities and challenges of the cooperation and the strategic selection methods about cooperation of physical education in Guangxi's Colleges and Vietnam's will be put forward in the thesis. The conclusions of the research are as follows: Firstly, there are more full-time teachers with senior titles, better teaching sports venues and facilities, stronger ability in scientific research, more books and reference materials in the library and higher level of sports training. However, training points for training professional physical education talents with doctor diplomas are in great demand in Guangxi's colleges which has not any advantages in developing international physical cooperation for physical education major talents with higher education. Secondly, the opportunities of physical education Cooperation in Guangxi's Colleges and Vietnam's are mainly embodied in the policy opportunities, location advantage opportunities, market opportunities and cooperation space. Thirdly, the challenges, existing in physical education cooperation in Guangxi colleges and Vietnam's ,mainly come from the challenges of School-running concept caused by education internationalization , new requirements for professional sports structure and the talent cultivation caused by social demand and, threat brought by competition which higher institutions at home and abroad try to develop trade market of education in Vietnam ,and the effects caused by the assessment for the quality of education service in Guangxi higher institutions posed by the oversea students.Fourth, Guangxi's colleges can form strategic alliances with the Vietnam's through educational resources supplementary, education resource sharing, cooperative development ,which will be helpful for establishing long term cooperation partnership .It is helpful for Guangxi's colleges to promote the social status and jointly train talents with higher diploma by diverse training mode. Besides, in order to improve the competitiveness of universities and their attractiveness, Guangxi's colleges can make great efforts to carry out characteristic strategy from five aspects, including training characteristic, professional characteristic, research features, exercise training characteristics and logistics service characteristics.
