The pre-service stage is one of the important stages of the physical education teacher's entry into the teacher's profession.During the period,the pre-service physical education teachers have certain judgment ability,but their core values include the understanding and understanding of the PE teachers' profession.This stage of shaping the occupational identity of pre-service physical education teachers,so that it is transformed into pre-service physical education teachers to develop operational capacity and professional quality of the "internal motivation",which physical education teacher professional development is of great significance,but also to promote China's school physical education Quality of great help.School is an important place for the formation of lifelong sports awareness,physical education teacher is an important promoter of the current national fitness,and pre-service physical education teachers in China is engaged in school physical education work force.How to enhance the professional identity of pre-service PE teachers and reduce the loss of pre-service physical education teachers is essential to the development of sports work in China.In this study,we mainly use literature,semi-structured interviews,and coding analysis to study the formation of pre-service PE teachers' professional identity.The study follows the logic of "research background-theoretical vision-field investigation-data analysis-discussion reflection".The study argues that:(1)the pre-service PE teacher's professional identity is diverse,including the individual's personality traits,the experience of the students,the reflection of personal experiences,the experience of educational practice,the perception of career development and the role of social environment.The diversity of teachers 'professional identity forms a different pre-service teacher' s professional identity.(2)pre-service physical education teachers occupational formation process is divided into four stages,namely the budding period: confused,helpless choice of physical education teachers,adaptation period:contrast,confusion to adapt to the reality of physical education teacher image,development period:Learning close to the reality of physical education teachers image and stability: reflection,sharing to find the image of self-physical education teachers,pre-service physical education teachers in the formation of different stages of professional identity to show different characteristics of professional identity.(3)Pre-service physical education teachers in different stages of career development and development of different occupational identity connotation,respectively,volunteer fill and realistic situation choices: how do I become a physical education teacher,physical education teacher's traditional impression and the reality of the contradiction: What kind of physical education teachers do I want to look for in the contrast between the teaching environment and the reality of practice: what kind of physical education teacher I have for the perception of career future: who will I be in the future? Pre-service physical education teacher career identity change process is also pre-service physical education teachers to find "who am I" process.(4)Key events(people)are the main factors influencing the formation of pre-service PE teachers' professional identity.Key events(people)occur when the individual reflection before the occupation of physical education teachers in the internalization process has an important role in the process of reflection on the key events(characters)is actually implied pre-service physical education teachers in the "Who am I" in the search process Self-identification of the choice,this choice determines the career development process of career decision-making.
