Teachers as the main implementers of school education,is the most important factor in determining the quality of school education,Find the literature review and find out the development of teacher's specialty,notice is for teachers to improve teaching quality,promote students' development of instrumental value,neglect the main body of need,ignore the teachers' emotional needs,the development development of the teacher is in the passive,which affects the level of teachers' professional identity.Teachers of teachers' professional identity is personal to the career,from the value of the inner thought that this job have meaning and experience the fun of career.Teachers' professional identity is a state and a process,it changes with the growing of individual teacher,depends on teachers' teaching attitude and behavior in the work.Physical education teachers is the special group of teachers,teaching form and teaching environment and other subjects teachers there are differences.1.The primary school sports teachers in suzhou are more professional,but they are not balanced on five factors.2.suzhou elementary school physical education teachers of different gender does not exist significant differences on professional identity,but male sports teacher's emotion recognition and will lower than that of female physical education teachers.3.With the increase of age and teaching age,suzhou city primary school PE teachers' professional identity is on the rise,especially in vocational skills identification,but in the professional identity will appear on the twists and turns of the trend.4.Presence of establishment of suzhou city has severe influence on the elementary school sports teachers' professional identity,have compiled by physical education teachers and have no significant difference between the establishment of physicaleducation teachers.5.Suzhou primary school sports teacher has shown the trend of higher education in the academic degree,with the undergraduate degree as the main course.According to the development of the teachers' passive affect the level of professional identity,in this paper,in order to understand the teacher needs to realize self value realization,life as the theme.In suzhou city primary school sports teachers' professional identity level as investigation object,and using the method of questionnaire survey,respectively from the gender,age,title,education,teaching experience,the preparation of six individual characteristic variables and the school management,salary payment,the school environment three school characteristic variables of PE teachers' professional identity level factors was analyzed,and the following conclusions.
