Research On Purchasing Public Sports Services For Large Enterprises

The purchase of sports public services has been developed in China for dozens of years.At present,the main body of purchase of sports public services in China is the government,and the audience is the community residents.With the promotion of the national fitness program in China and the development process of large enterprises In the face of various difficulties,companies began to try to meet the needs of themselves and their employees by purchasing sports public services.At this stage,enterprises have already practiced the purchase of sports public services,but there are various problems.How to standardize the purchase of sports public services,how to purchase projects that meet the needs of employees and enterprises,and how to ensure that purchases can be implemented.It is an urgent problem that needs urgent solution.This paper takes large-scale enterprises to purchase sports public services as the research object.Taking Foxconn Zhengzhou Science and Technology Park as a case,the literature data method is used to collect,sort out and analyze the relevant research materials of sports public service purchases at home and abroad,and analyze the government's concept of purchasing sports public services.At the same time,combined with the characteristics of large enterprises and the purpose of purchase,the concept of purchasing sports public services is proposed.Interviews with responsible leaders of large-scale enterprises to purchase sports public services through expert interviews,and obtain first-hand information from large enterprises in the process of purchasing sports public services.Through the questionnaire survey method,the employees of the enterprise were investigated to understand the status quo of the public service provided by the enterprise.The results of the questionnaire survey were statistically analyzed,processed and analyzed by the mathematical statistics method and the logic analysis method.The results and shortcomings of the enterprise providing sports public service were obtained.Through the survey,the results are as follows: In the provision of sports public services,the purchase of sports public services by large enterprises involves the planning and construction of sports facilities,the construction and development of sports organizations,the monitoring of physical health,the technical guidance of sports,and the organization of sports events.Planning and other aspects,but there are still problems such as narrow purchase range,lack of targeted purchase,and low quality of purchased content services;in the purchase of sports public services,large enterprises purchase sports public services to share government pressure and enrich sports public service supply system.There are positive results in improving the health of employees,but there are still some problems in the purchase of sports public services by existing enterprises,mainly including single source of funds,single purchase form and single subject,low employee participation and general satisfaction,and purchase process.Non-standard,lack of supervision and evaluation mechanisms and other issues.In view of the shortcomings in the process of purchasing sports public services and the problems existing in the provision of sports public services,the countermeasures are as follows: construct a sound fund guarantee and use system,develop purchase methods,introduce competition mechanism,ask for employees,and purchase service items accurately.To design a sports public service purchase system and improve the supervision mechanism,only scientific and efficient establishment of a sound purchase system and mechanism can promote the sound development of enterprises to purchase sports public services and truly serve the employees.
