The development of education cannot be separated from the investment of resources in the field of education.In the early stage of the development of China's education,the shortage of various resources is the main problem.With the national economic construction and the continuous attention to education,the resources invested by the state in the field of education have been able to basically meet the national demand for education,but for the education problems left over from history in the poor areas in the central and western regions,there is still a shortage of resources.At present,the proportion of financial education funds to GDP in China is guaranteed to reach 4%each year.On the one hand,along with the economic growth,the private capital starts to be gradually active,and gradually shows the attention and influence to the educational cause.Perfect the related system,on the other hand,ngos and donation related laws and regulations,promote the education class number and scale of the rapid development of the civil public welfare organizations,more promote the integration of private capital and civil public welfare organization,makes the education class private organizations have gradually grow into a second except government spending on education.However,due to the particularity of the field of education,many educational civil public welfare organizations show the shortage of educational resources in their development,and they also encounter many obstacles from the system and the environment in the process of resource mobilization.How to effectively solve the dilemma of resource mobilization of educational civil public welfare organizations and improve the efficiency and quality of resource mobilization has become the focus and difficulty of current research on educational civil public welfare organizations.Based on the academic discussion on the role of social network of civil public welfare organizations in promoting the mobilization of organizational resources,this study explores the relationship and influence between the social network of civil public welfare organizations of education and the mobilization of organizational resources from the following three aspects by studying the case of educational civil public welfare organizations(W).On the one hand,this paper sorts out the development of China's educational civil public welfare organizations through existing literature,and analyzes the resource needs and difficulties encountered in the development of educational civil public welfare organizations in combination with the actual research situation.On the other hand,by conceptualizing the social network form in the specific public welfare activities of W,this paper analyzes the influence of social network in the process of organizing resources mobilization,explains the role of social network in a graphical way,and points out the possible problems at present.The main findings are as follows:Firstly,the resource mobilization model of educational civil public welfare organizations develops with the progress of The Times and the change of social environment.In the context of the increasing number of educational public welfare actors and the rich interpersonal relationship between individuals,it is an inevitable need for educational civil public welfare organizations to carry out resource mobilization based on organizational social networks.Secondly,through the analysis of W,the formation of its organizational social network is a dynamic and changing process,which develops with the development of the organization.And it has a direct impact on the resource mobilization at different stages of the organization.Thirdly,build the "Tao Litian teacher training activities" and "outstanding rural high school summer camp" two educational public welfare activities' social network.Points out that social network plays a bridge role in organizational resources mobilization,polymerization,and broaden the function and stability,but also that the social network may lead to disorder,resource mobilization channels blocked,resource mobilization and resource problems.And realistic considerations based on the above findings,this paper argues that the need of society through the development of public policy,create a good atmosphere,the construction of public right idea,establishing quality education class folk public welfare organization,wider social network,so as to further enhance their capability of resource mobilization,contribute more power for education's resource input.
