Research On The Development Of Guanzhong Red Fist School In Shaanxi Province

This paper used the methods of literature,questionnaire,mathematical statistics and expert interview to investigate 460 people(60 inheritors and 400 practitioners)in 60 Red Fist Incubations in Guanzhong District of Shaanxi Province.The result is:(1)The inheritors of the Huanzhong Red Fist Institute in Shaanxi Province are older,almost all of them are over 50 years old.The inheritors are almost exclusively men,while the female inheritors are few and far between.Most of them have only primary or junior middle school education.However,the age distribution of the inheritors is more uniform,and half of them are young and middle-aged,which makes the inheritors add young blood.(2)There is a large difference in the equipment of the training ground at the Red Fist Institute in Guanzhong,Shaanxi Province.Most of the individual named training grounds do not have special training grounds.There are also a few well-developed training facilities have their own training sites and equipment,but the facilities are rudimentary,many of the equipment has been damaged,and can only provide training for a few people,directly affect the training results;In the martial arts school,the facilities are better,most of them have their own indoor training venues,more complete equipment.But there are still fewer venues with limited equipment,which limits students 'ability to train better.(3)The age distribution of the participants in the Red Fist Training Institute in Guan,Shaanxi Province is wide,ranging from a few years old to 70 or 80 years old,with a large age difference,with a large number of trainees under 18 years of age,most of whom are in school.The majority of the elderly practitioners are concentrated in individual named training workshops,which are mainly retired workers and traditional martial arts enthusiasts.(4)Most of the participants in the Red Fist School are from rural areas,but many of them live in urban areas in the long-term development;And most of the motivation of participants is for fitness and personal interests;The degree of satisfaction of the trainees in the red fist training institute is different.The students are satisfied with the training Institute of the martial arts school and the individual named training institute is relatively poor.(5)The main proselytizing content of the Red Fist Institute is mainly big and small red fist.The proselytizing form of the inheritors is relatively simple and conservative.The number of times to teach Red Fist is more than two or three times a week,and the training time is concentrated before 10 o'clock in the morning or after 1800,and the training time is more than 16 o'clock.The number of competitions participated in by each Institute varied widely.Most of them had the experience of performing in the competition,but some of them did not take part in the performance in the competition.(6)The Xianzhong Red Fist Institute in Shaanxi Province,where the inheritors receive less than satisfactory students,some of them pass on their learning to their disciples.But most of the students in the Institute have not received their students.One is: the inheritors to their disciples very high demand,with the attitude of the lack of no abuse to collect students,the end of the year has been unable;The second is: the majority of the inheritance to the practitioners of the red fist is simply easy to learn the foundation of the red fist,because of the high mobility of the practitioners,training time is uncertain,so can not inherit the mantle,resulting in many types of red fist gradually lost in the inheritance process.(7)Individual names,bases and schools are managed by the inheritors,and the division of labour between managers and coaches in some schools is clear and their respective responsibilities are well established.The size of the Institute depends on the number of trainees,the condition is good to pass on all hundreds of people,but some of the institute is composed of only a few people,the scale is small.Most of the fee schools are self-employed,individual martial arts schools have chain operations.The training center is basically based on the students 'propaganda,the individual name,base training center is basically the funding;The martial arts school is a fee-paying training Institute,with corresponding fees.
