shuyuan is a special educational institution with unique forms of teaching organizations. Featured with distinctive modes of educational characteristics, it is different from the modern school. Such educational institutions and organizational forms in China have gone through a thousand years of development in the history of education in China and it has been dominant. As to shuyuan’s significance in education and culture of ancient China, Hu Shi remarks "over a thousand years, the shuyuan history in the education occupies an important position, and it is the shuyuan that serves as the idea and inspiration source to the higher institutions of the domestic and ideological origins,"Among them is the Guanzhong shuyuan in Ming Dynasty, which was set up by a famous educator,Emperor Wanli in36years (1609), along Baoqing Temple Park east side of a small note, having a greater impact in Xi’an shuyuan.,.In the Ming and Qing dynasties, with the benevolence instrument, Donglin shuyuan, Huizhou shuyuan, boasted four grand institutions, it continued to Guangxu29years (1903) and later was transformed into the Shaanxi Normal University Church. Therefore, this article will, by the window of Guanzhong shuyuan, and from the perspective of its mode of distinctive educational characteristics of the ancient China, analyze this mode of important role in the dissemination of culture and personnel training in ancient china. And with references and inspirations, this research will cast a brilliant light on modern education reform;the text is divided into four chapters:Chapter1Introduction.shuyuan is a familiar and popular subject, and the market is filled with numerous works on the Academy Research.
