With the continuous development of sports,more and more people participate in sports,basketball,as one of the big three are also popular,campus basketball culture in university plays an important important,also is the sum total of spiritual culture,mainly related to object is contemporary college students,the environment is the campus basketball culture of a kind of special cultural phenomenon and group culture atmosphere.This study,on the one hand,through the form of questionnaire survey,to participate in league one manager,one of the superior judge,252 team member 80,46 small coaches,referees,the school,23 college counselors as the object of investigation.Courtyard investigation of xinjiang normal university international basketball league to carry out the present situation and the teachers and students on the management mechanism of league,cognitive level and courtyard of xinjiang normal university basketball league training situation analysis and courtyard of xinjiang normal university international basketball league match situation analysis,found the courtyard in the development of the international basketball league real difficulties and deficiencies,proposed suits the countermeasures of development of xinjiang normal international college basketball league,realize the specialization development of xinjiang normal university basketball court game,to promote the development of the campus basketball culture,eventually realize the sustainable development of xinjiang normal university courtyard international basketball league.The results showed that:(1)the international basketball league in the courtyard of xinjiang normal university management mechanism perfecting because issued a document,but in the process of running times is not enough,or there will be a little coach training training does not reach the designated position phenomenon.(2)the court in xinjiang normal university teachers and students are very recognition,the event held court basketball league to the rich campus sports culture life,improve college students' sports consciousness,strengthen national unity,enhance cohesion between students,promote the cultivation of the students' ability of various has a positive effect.However,due to the conflict in time,students are delayed in their daily study and life.(3)little coaches have their own sports experience,but they are not experienced enough in terms of coaching,training or management skills.Referees are with state of the certificate,but holding the cutting experience less competition,lack of experience,some of the referee after getting the certificate for a variety of reasons not in board of cutting regular game;Team member was organized by the colleges of 12 players to participate in the training game,but for personal reasons or learn reason,attendance rate is low,the coaches can't training according to training plan.(4)the main training ground of the inter-hospital basketball league is played by the outfield,and the frequency of training is twice a week.The coach selects the materials,develops the training plan and guides the training.In the training program,most of the coaches have no complete training plan and no basis for training.In the training method,the training method of small coaches is too monotonous,and there is no perfect method for training and lack of professional competence.
