| In order to respond to the call of our country,promote the sustainable development of our basketball industry and adapt to the high-quality development requirements of the new era,our basketball league has responded positively.Basketball referees shoulder the important responsibilities of maintaining the order of the arena,controlling the process of the game,enforcing the rules of the game and providing a fair competition environment,promoting the development of the game in the direction of fair,stable and orderly,and promoting the brand building of the Chinese basketball league and the league’s high-quality development as well as promoting the revitalization of the basketball program.It has become an important task to improve the level of referees,reduce controversial decisions,adapt to changes,and promote the healthy,orderly and scientific operation of the games.This paper takes the grounded theory of qualitative research as the main research method and the referees’ pressure of China Professional Basketball League as the main research object.This paper aims to explore the hidden pressure of referees in the Chinese Basketball Professional League,analyze the sources of pressure,evaluation of pressure and coping methods of referees,and put forward suggestions to reduce pressure,so as to help referees improve the quality of referees’ decision and law enforcement and ensure the smooth progress of basketball matches.Through the combination of relevant literature,clear the specific content of the interview outline,and then carry out targeted interview work.After collecting and sorting out the interview data,the interview resources are processed according to the three-level coding rule of the grounded theory.The encoding results are the content and dimension of referees’ officiating pressure in the Chinese Basketball Professional League.In the analysis and research of referees’ officiating pressure in the Chinese Basketball Professional League,a total of 12 sub-category association codes and 5 main category core codes are compiled.They are sources of stress,situations of stress,personal traits,stress evaluation and stress coping.Finally,through the grounded theory research method,it is found that the source of pressure is the core category of the theoretical model of referees’ officiating pressure in the Chinese Basketball Professional League,and under the dual effects of personal characteristics and pressure situations,the pressure has different influences.There are two kinds of evaluation behavior,obstacle evaluation and challenge evaluation.Finally,the referee can produce different ways to cope with pressure,that is,focus on emotion,focus on the problem.At the same time,the theoretical model of "pressure source-pressure evaluation-pressure coping" for referees of China Basketball Professional League was further constructed,and the relationship among pressure sources,personal characteristics,pressure scenarios,pressure evaluation and pressure coping was clarified,which provided a theoretical basis for the subsequent research.Finally,the conclusion of referees’ handling pressure in China Basketball Professional League is drawn,and corresponding suggestions are put forward from the macro-social level,medium-organizational level and micro-individual level. |
