Research On Rural Women's Work-Family Relationship And Its Influence Mechanism On Entrepreneurial Performance Against The Background Of Internet

Entrepreneurial women have become an important power in the entrepreneurial force.The growing quality and quantity of rural women's entrepreneurship rural has played a role in promoting rural economic development,relieving the employment pressure and raising the income level of villagers.With the continuous development of women's entrepreneurial activities,more scholars began to study the factors influencing women's entrepreneurship,among which the work-family relationship has drawn widespread interest.A good work-family relationship can get things moving and preserve the peace in the family.On the contrary,conflict work-family relationship will create bad feeling,lead to uncoordinated work-family relationship,and influence entrepreneurial performance with poor work status.The emergence and application of Internet have undergone earth-shaking changes in people's production and life styles.Internet has broken the limitations of space and time,broken the cost barriers of transactions,and connected global information consultation,which resulted in the people's entering into "information age".What kind of chemical reaction will be generated by adding Internet to the study of work-family relationship and entrepreneurial performance? Based on the previous considerations,study on the relationship among rural women's work-family relationship,Internet use and entrepreneurial performance has important theoretical and practical significance in rural women's entrepreneurship.After interviewing rural women in several regions of Zhejiang Province and using SPSS and R language software to process data,this study analyzes the relationships among rural women's work-family relationship,Internet use and entrepreneurial performance.Research shows that rural women's conflict work-family relationship has significant negative effects in entrepreneurial performance and rich work-family relationship has significant positive effects in entrepreneurialperformance;Internet use,which includes social communication Internet use and information access Internet use,has a significant positive impact on the entrepreneurial performance.Work-family conflicts and social Internet use have a significant negative impact.Rich work-family relationship and information access Internet use have a significant positive impact;social communication Internet use has a significant mediating effect in the impact of work-family conflicts and entrepreneurial performance;information access Internet use has a significant mediating effect on the impact of job family enrichment and entrepreneurial performance.
