A Study On The Relationship Between Incubation Network Embeddedness And Entrepreneurship Performance Of Entrepreneurial Talents

With a new wave of entrepreneurship,the entrepreneurship research has become one of the most dynamic areas.Developing and utilizing excellent innovational and enterprising talents effectively to achieve the economic and social development have increasingly become the focus and difficult points for theoretical and practical researches.And the phenomenon of enterprise talents' incubation in business incubator has catch people'eye.As a “public entrepreneurship platform”,enterprises incubator has the inherent institutional advantages for enterprise talents' aggregation and incubation.Also,due to its low social capital content,enterprising talents rely more on incubator network.The enterprising talents' incubation network embeddedness and its effect mechanism have changed with the development of incubator,and have an influence on entrepreneurship performance.The effects of incubation network on entrepreneurship performance has been discussed from the perspective of network embeddedness in this study,which is beneficial to explore the formation and influence mechanism of entrepreneurship from multiple points and also provide the theoretical basis and practical guidance for enterprising talents' incentive and development in incubator.Based on the relative theoretical researches about entrepreneurship performance and network embeddedness,the logical relationship and the interaction mechanism have been reviewed and the entrepreneurial self-efficacy,as an intervening variable,has been put into the hypothesis model.And then 550 enterprise talents from 48 technological enterprises incubators in Wuhan have been selected as empirical objects to collect relevant data.The Structural Equation Model and AMOS 20.0 are used to analyze the relationships among enterprising talents' incubation network embeddedness,entrepreneurial self-efficacy and entrepreneurship performance.Data analysis indicated that technological enterprise talent's incubation network relational embeddedness and structural embeddedness have significant positive influences on growth of entrepreneurship performance,but the path routes are different.Also,entrepreneurial self-efficacy plays a full mediation between relational embeddedness and entrepreneurial performance,but a partial mediation between structuralembeddedness and entrepreneurial performance.According to the empirical results,relevant strategies and suggestions for improving the degree of enterprising talents' incubation network embeddedness and for promoting entrepreneurship performance have been proposed.
