With the rapid development of Internet technology,the integration of Internet and education has become more and more close.The combination of online learning and traditional classroom teaching has made hybrid learning a new appeal in the Internet age.Affected by this,the teaching methods of vocational schools have gradually changed from traditional single classroom teaching to online and offline mixed teaching methods.Although the vocational schools carry out the mixed teaching process,they pay more attention to the offline classroom instructional design strategy,but the corresponding online learning strategy has little attention.Among them,how to adjust the learning order of knowledge points according to the characteristics of secondary vocational students and build personalized online learning paths for different secondary vocational students are the current research hotspots and difficulties.In response to the above problems,this paper mainly does the following work:(1)This paper analyzes the research status of personalized service technology in online learning field at home and abroad,and summarizes the research on online learning path construction from different perspective.It provides support for the follow-up research work.(2)Designing the online group learning path construction model(OGLPM)for secondary vocational students from the perspective of mixed learning,firstly describing the construction problems and related definitions,and then learning the process data and learning based on the completion of the characteristic analysis of secondary vocational students.The feature characteristics and knowledge point information are parameterized,and finally the OGLPM model is proposed combining multi-dimensional information.(3)The online group learning path construction strategy(OGLPM-S)for secondary vocational students from the perspective of mixed learning is proposed.The OGLPM-S strategy is proposed based on the OGLPM model incorporating lag sequence analysis method,data mining method and minimum spanning tree algorithm.In this way,online personalized learning services are provided to secondary vocational students.In order to verify the performance of the OGLPM-S strategy,the multi-dimensional data collected by Moodle was used to carry out the group learning path construction experiment,and compare OGLPM-S with the path construction strategy of topological sorting algorithm.The experimental results show that the strategy is feasible,efficient and stable.(4)Build an online intelligent learning platform for group learning path construction services,and explain the overall architecture,functional flow,strategy implementation and construction results of the platform.The OGLPM-S strategy can successfully build a learning path based on the learner's behavioral data,which is suitable for learners to conduct online learning.Combining behavioral analysis,data mining and other personalized service technologies for online group learning path research can effectively utilize potential Information to provide personalized online services to secondary vocational students,thereby improving the online learning experience and learning outcomes of secondary vocational students.
