In recent years,artificial intelligence technology has gradually entered people's field of vision.All kinds of robot education and training institutions and robot manufacturers have mushroomed rapidly.According to Sohu.com,the market size of China's robot education industry will reach 750 million yuan in 2018.However,the survey found that the development of educational robots is not perfect at this stage.Most educational robots in the market have limited functions and are suitable for narrow crowds.Most of them are building block toys and intelligent voice toys.There are relatively few robots with real teaching significance.In June 2019,Dajiang launched the first educational robot mecha master S1,which was widely praised by the market after its listing.However,there is still much room for improvement in modular design.Modularization is too simple to train users' practical ability.Aiming at the shortcomings of the existing robots in the market,this paper designs a badminton education robot system with teaching function and provides the corresponding teaching design framework.According to different groups of users,this paper designs three robots with different modular packages.Users purchase packages with corresponding levels according to their own needs and learn corresponding courses.This article has done the following work.Understand the current development of educational robots at home and abroad,and analyze the significance of this study.Referring to the badminton sports model,the badminton sports model is used to analyze the hitting factors that affect badminton sports,and the degree of freedom of the hitting mechanism is determined based on these factors and the actual situation.Finally,according to the degree of freedom of the robot,the mechanism of the robot is simply introduced.The degree of freedom required by the badminton education robot is determined by analyzing the badminton players' hitting movements.According to the current technical scheme and actual requirements,the mechanical design scheme is determined,and finally the robot is designed and divided into three elements: functional modularization,structural modularization and teaching significance.According to the mechanical structure scheme of the robot and the technical requirements of the robot motion characteristics analysis.According to the requirements,the robot control system is realized,including chassis positioning,chassis movement and hitting adjustment platform.Combined with the modular design characteristics of badminton education robot,the robot teaching design is carried out around badminton education robot.Firstly,the teaching characteristics and objectives are analyzed,then the teaching framework is introduced,and finally the relevant curriculum design is carried out according to the characteristics of this article.This paper summarizes the existing problems of badminton education robot system and puts forward the corresponding solutions,as well as the prospect of future optimization development.
