Research aims: Since July 1,2014,ITTF resolution Table tennis speed and rotation become slower after celluloid table tennis has been replaced by the new type of plastic table tennis,resulting in an increase in the number of game rounds.Hence,it requires high-level athletes for higher physical fitness of strength,endurance,etc,and it increases the risk of sports injuries to the table tennis players.This study aims to reduce the risk of injury among high-level table tennis players through functional sports training so as to extend sports life of high-level table tennis players in China.Research methods: The method of experiment,questionnaire,interview and measurement are mainly adopted.Taking women's high-level table tennis players in Hei Longjiang Province as the research object,the injury status of the women's table tennis players in Hei longjiang Province was investigated through questionnaire and interview,the athlete's inactivation and non-equilibrium status were found out through FMS functional action screening test as well.The targeted functional sports training program is designed according to the women's table tennis players' FMS score and injury status.Through functional sports training,the high-level table tennis players participating in this experiment were subjected to a 4-week pre-experiment and a12-week functional sports training intervention,in order to study the risk of injury in high-level table tennis players among women's table tennis team in Hei longjiang Province after the functional sports training intervention.Research results:(1)70% of the athletes have had sprains,followed by slains and bruises of37.5% and 35% of the total respectively.26.8% of the total number of injuries is because athletes' physical fitness could not keep up with the intensity of training and competitions,and the probability of lumbar injury among them is as high as 80%.70% of the athletes have moderate injuries,and the first-level athletes with severe injuries was twice as many as the second-level athletes.70% of table tennis players has two or three damage in different body parts,of which the body has four to five parts of the first-level athletes with damage is five times the number of second-level athletes.(2)The study infers that the threshold FMS value of the high-level table tennis players' sports injury is 12 points in total,and the risk assessment OR value is 13.33.(3)The FMS value of the high-level table tennis players after the experiment in the experimental group increased by 2.05 points(P<0.01).(4)The FMS value of the high-level table tennis players after the experiment in the experimental group increased by 1.8 points,and the FMS value of the second-level table tennis players increased by 2 points(P<0.01)after the experiment.Conclusion:(1)The most frequent types of injuries in athletes' sports injuries were sprains,followed by pull and bruises,and the training years were proportional to the number of sports injuries in table tennis players.The physical fitness of athletes can not keep up with the intensity of training and competition,which is the main reason for the sports injury of table tennis players.Compared to all injuries parts,injuries in waist are most likely to occur.(2)Most of the athletes' injuries are moderate injuries,and the overall injury of first-level table tennis players is significantly higher than that of second-level table tennis players.The training years are proportional to the number of sports injury sites of the table tennis players,and the effect of functional sports training on athletes is influenced by the athletes' original injury condition.(3)This set of functional sports training program has a significantly positive effect on improving the shoulder flexibility,strengthening the core stability and muscle control ability of the table tennis players,as well as improving athletes' ankle,knee and hip flexor ability and flexibility and other aspects.(4)This set of functional sports training can not only effectively improve athletes' FMS test score and sports performance,correct the wrong movement mode,reduce the degree of injury among table tennis players,but also help table tennis players to improve the ability to prevent sports injury.
