Influential Factors And Countermeasures Of Students' Participation In After-school Sports Activities In Secondary Vocational Schools In Shenyang

At the beginning of 2019,the state council promulgated the implementation plan of the national vocational education reform,raising the importance of vocational education to the status of "no modernization of vocational education,no modernization of education".In vocational education,secondary vocational schools occupy an important position,and its target age is small,basic education is the strongest,the audience is the most extensive,vocational education is the "starting point".Sports can make students in the employment process to establish confidence in a better future,full of spirit,cheerful personality,strong will,at the same time to improve the temperament and the ability to deal with affairs,the formation of a healthy and sound personality,so as to increase the professional quality advantage.After school physical activity is the main form of secondary vocational school students physical activity.This study tries to find out the influencing factors of students' participation in extracurricular sports activities in Shenyang secondary vocational school and provide corresponding countermeasures.Support vocational education reform and national fitness progr ams.In this study,physical education teachers and students in five secondary vocational schools in Shenyang were selected as the research objects,and theres earch methods including literature,policy text analysis,questionnaire survey,interview and mathematical statistics were used to analyze the influencing factors of students' participation in extracurricular sports activities in secondary vocational schools in Shenyang.The results are as follows:1.Students in secondary vocational schools in Shenyang have a high degree of participation in extracurricular sports,and the extracurricular sports activities are well developed.Students are willing to participate in sports activities in their spare time.This conforms to the national fitness program and the national vocational education reform implementation program requirements.participation though,but there are still lack of PE teachers in the student extracurricular sports participation,the school extracurricular sports organization form a single man agement insufficiency,the physical education teaching and extracurricular sports activities lack of cohesion,site equipment cannot effectively meet the needs of the students of these main problems.3.External support and family environment also affect students' participation in extracurricular sports activities in Shenyang secondary vocational school.When participating in extracurricular activities,students need the support of teachers,family members,classmates and friends,as well as the weather environment.4.The physical ability of students in Shenyang secondary vocational school is a bove the average level,which can basically meet the requirements of future work.However,it is still necessary to improve physical quality and living habits through extracurricular sports activities,so as to meet the future work in a better physical state.5.Although the participation rate of students in extracurricular sports activities in secondary vocational schools in Shenyang is high,the conversion rate of sports population is average.
