Research On Factors Influencing School-enterprise Cooperation In Secondary Vocational Schools

In recent years,the central and local government promulgated a series of university-enterprise cooperation policy,encourage enterprises to actively participate in the cooperation between colleges and in-depth development of university-enterprise cooperation to create a favorable policy environment with the rapid development of e-commerce industry,society of electronic commerce talented person's demand also increases correspondingly,e-commerce industry talent shortage problems,however,choose university-enterprise cooperation to solve the problem of shortage of human resources e-commerce enterprise proportion is not high Based on electronic commerce enterprise,therefore,breakthrough point,through the questionnaire survey to collect data,using binary Logisit regression analysis,identify affect e-commerce enterprises to choose the key factor for cooperation between colleges and secondary vocational school,and carry on the empirical analysis,put forward to promote the electronic commerce enterprise cooperation between colleges and secondary vocational school policy advice,promote the development of vocational education quality.In this paper,the main conclusions are: enterprise participation willingness,e-commerce personnel sufficient degrees,intend to expand market,seeking cooperation and convenient degrees,the secondary vocational school students holding rate,the school organization coordination degree,university-enterprise cooperation provided by the government information transparency,the area proportion of university-enterprise cooperation,university-enterprise cooperation effect of the area the nine variables have significant effects on enterprise cooperation between colleges and secondary vocational school;However,18 variables,such as the nature of enterprises,years of establishment,e-commerce mode,enterprise scale and school cooperation initiative,have no significant impact on school-enterprise cooperation between enterprises and secondary vocational schools.The policy Suggestions of this paper include: strengthen the propaganda of school-enterprise cooperation,and create a strong atmosphere of cooperation;Establish authoritative school-enterprise platform and increase enterprise support;Enhance the sense of corporate responsibility,promote the formation of a community;Strengthen the degree of organization and coordination of the school and promote the sustainable development of school-enterprise cooperation;establish an school-enterprise evaluation system to promote the orderly development of school-enterprise evaluation.
