A Study On The Influence Of Parenting Style On College Students' Creativity

Today,the situation in the world is grim both at home and abroad,and China is in the most important period of strategic opportunities.We must continue to reform and innovate.The 21 st century is a period of continuous development of innovation.As the backbone of national innovation,it is imperative for college students to improve their creativity and cultivate their innovation consciousness.At present,college students generally have a weak sense of creation,lack of creative thinking,and lack of flexibility in following the crowd,which is undoubtedly a big obstacle to the future employment of college students,and will also have a great impact on the development,reform and innovation level of the country.Among the factors influencing the creativity level of college students,family is undoubtedly the most basic and fundamental.In the same family atmosphere,different psychological capital of individuals will produce different creativity levels.Therefore,from the perspective of positive psychology,this paper constructs a mechanism model of the influence of family environment,namely parental rearing style on college students' creativity mediated by psychological capital,and on this basis puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve college students' creativity.Through relevant literature analysis,questionnaires and empirical tests,this paper took university students in Shanxi Province as survey samples,and used the mature scale of three variables compiled by scholars to issue questionnaires and collect data.The collected sample data are further analyzed and relevant hypotheses are verified to achieve the ultimate research purpose of this paper.The main research ideas are as follows:First,reading a large number of domestic and foreign literatures on parenting style,college students' creativity and psychological capital,and constructed a theoretical relationship model among the three variables.Secondly,questionnaires are issued and collected to analyze and verify the influence of parents' communication mode and psychological capital on college students' creativity,and to verify the mediating effect of psychological capital.Finally,according to the constructed parenting style,the theoretical model of the relationship between college students' creativity and psychological capital and the results of empirical analysis,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to improve college students' creativity.Through the in-depth study of this paper,the following conclusions can be drawn:1.Gender will have a significant impact on the overprotection and rejection of the two dimensions of parenting and the creativity level of college students;2.Professional types have significant influence on the overprotection and rejection dimensions of parenting style;3.Grade has a significant impact on the creativity level and psychological capital of college students;4.Whether or not to serve as a class cadre will also have a significant impact on the creativity level of college students;5.The two dimensions of emotional warmth and rejection in the parenting style will have an important impact on the creativity level can be better expressed under the condition that psychological capital as an intermediary.
