In other words, the modern psychology has changed from the pathology psychology which pays more attention to the negative aspects to the positive psychology which puts the eyes on the positive aspects. Moreover, the positive psychology has caused the theory of the psychological capital. That is to say, the psychological capital is a kind of state, which can result in the personal and changeable positive psychology. It is the positive psychology that will be helpful for predicting the efficient work and the index of happiness. Besides, the positive psychology can cause some positive behaviors. If you are used to the positive psychology, you will acquire the high efficiency and the satisfaction. More importantly, the physical training is one of the factors to have an effect on the psychological capital and the copying style.
