In recent years,China's education has made great progress,and its educational philosophy has been continuously updated.The way of thinking,learning habits and characteristics of primary and secondary school students are fundamentally changing.The traditional teaching methods and models are also beginning to show that they can't help themselves in some aspects.It's difficult to meet the actual needs of primary and secondary school students' pursuit of personality and overall development in the new era only relying on the traditional teaching mode.Therefore,some scholars began to try to introduce information technology into the classroom for teaching practice,with the introduction of the concept of smart classroom,its research is gradually in-depth.At present,the wisdom classroom has achieved some results in teaching,but there are still many shortcomings.Starting from the nature of education,this emerging method of smart classrooms also requires a lot of long-term practice and improvement in order to play a real advantage in the classroom.Therefore,in our country and for a long time to come,smart classrooms can only supplement traditional teaching models.The implementation of a smart classroom requires hardware and software conditions.The hardware condition is mature information technology and the software condition is teachers and teaching resources.After the development of smart classrooms in recent years,the corresponding information technology has matured,there are many public cloud platforms for smart classrooms to choose from,and the hardware environment of smart classrooms is gradually improving.Therefore,scholars' research on smart classrooms is mainly focused on software,combined with corresponding disciplines to design teaching activities and prepare teaching resources.Inspired by the predecessors,this article combined with the characteristics of the middle school geography curriculum,carried out a practical study of "smart classroom" in middle school geography teaching.Through the investigation and analysis of geography teachers and students in a number of pilot middle schools,it is concluded that the current classroom teaching applicationof geography wisdom in middle schools is uneven,and most schools and teachers do not have a set of scientific and complete teaching standard procedures.The effect is also quite different.This article applies the PDCA(Plan,Do,Check,Action)cycle theory to the design of smart classroom in middle school geography teaching,and divides teaching activities into pre-class preparation(Plan),teaching implementation(Do),teaching evaluation(Check),The four stages of reflection and correction have formed a complete set of smart classroom teaching models for your reference.This article also uses the geography "Water Cycle in Nature" as an example to describe in detail how to use the model proposed in this paper to design smart classrooms,including teaching goal design,teaching activity design,teaching resource preparation,preview guidelines,teaching organization,teaching evaluation,and teaching.Reflection and correction.At the same time,this paper also puts forward a framework for the construction of a geo-smart classroom in a middle school,including a cloud platform for geo-smart classrooms,a bearer network structure,terminal applications,and an intelligent management system.The scheme model of the “Smart Classroom” teaching design of middle school geography based on the PDCA principle proposed in this paper has been tested in practice in middle schools that already have a smart classroom hardware environment.Effective supplement of traditional teaching mode.Nevertheless,the smart classroom model proposed in this article is only a prototype model at present,with short practice time and limited scope of practice,so its effectiveness needs to be continuously verified in future practice,and the model needs further correction and improvement.
