| Teachers' self-directed development means that teachers fully evaluate their own development subjectivity,take the initiative to assess their own development status,combine individual development needs,actively grasp the various relationships in teacher development,and actively use their internal and external development resources to actively approach themselves The long-term dynamic improvement process of educational ideals.The pursuit of excellence in self-directed development not only meets the requirements of the country for high-quality teachers,but also meets the practical needs of improving teachers' self-directed development.On the basis of literature research,the author first analyzes the mechanism of Teachers' self-directed development from the characteristics and occurrence process of Teachers' self-directed development,and the development trajectory,which lays a foundation for later research.The analysis found that Teachers' self-directed development has the characteristics of subjectivity and diversity;the trajectory of Teachers' self-directed development is highly related to the level of teacher's own subjective development.Then,through the analysis of the connotation of outstanding teachers' self-directed development,it is proposed that: the outstanding teacher's self-directed development is expressed in the horizontal comparison level as the teacher pays attention to the development of outstanding professional level;the inner transcendence level is expressed as the teacher's pursuit of a higher level of self-directed development.In addition,the author conducted an in-depth interview to investigate the current situation of " Middle School Teachers' Self-directed Development under the Direction of Excellence".The analysis found that: first,the interviewed teachers agreed with the teacher's dominant position in development;second,the interviewed teachers In theself-directed development trajectory,it still corresponds to a relatively low level of subjective development;thirdly,the interviewed teachers prefer a variety of ways to flexibly develop independently;fourth,the interviewed teachers' development activities are positively related to their understanding of excellence.Combining the characteristics of self-directed development and the situation of self-directed development of middle school teachers,this article believes that the effectiveness of the self-directed development of teachers under the direction of excellence depends on the full play of the teacher's subjectivity,a deep understanding of the gap between their own development status and "excellent",and what they do The positive actions include establishing professional ideals and firm development beliefs;adhering to the pursuit of excellence and individualized independent development;based on educational practice and normalized self-directed development. |
