The nationally important policy should be education oriented,while the education policy should be teacher centered.Strengthening the high-quality and professional teacher body with noble morals,solid specialty basis,strong teaching capacity and outstanding self-development ability which is related to the process of the modernization of education and the construction of a country rich in human resources."Excellence" is a kind of pursuit;it is a state that maximizes the personal advantage,specialty and capacity as well as the self-related external resources.As a matter of fact,the middle school PE teachers are committed themselves to the excellence,and their growth and development are on the way to pursue the excellence,the realization degree of life' s meaning and value depends on transcending themselves.This study is based on the Marxist Theory of 'all-round development human beings',adopting the method of literature-study,interview,comparative analysis,historical analysis,case analysis and logic analysis,taking part of the middle school PE teachers as typical examples,through the growth of top middle school PE teachers' life depth,step length and excellence degree to study the excellent middle school PE teachers' specialty features,growth tracks,growth paradigms and strategies.Main conclusions of the study are as follows:Firstly,excellent middle school PE teachers shows up many specialty features as follows:noble moral sentiment,firm education faith and clinging career pursuit;insisting on lifelong learning,setting strict demands on themselves;persisting in education-oriented,concerns about the students' healthy growth;adapting in self-examination of teaching practice;outstanding professional skills and wide-ranging social influence.Secondly,the growth of excellent middle school PE teachers includes professional development and spice of life;these two aspects are interacted and integrated.The excellent middle school PE teachers'growth is not always a positive process,it may encounter the setback,hard times or even the stagnation,while it is a long course,a course of unceasingly striving for excellence and transcending themselves,it is inseparable from the motivation and restriction of the external environment and conditions,and even more it doesn' t work without the self-awareness of their inner life.According to self transcendence,individual subjectivity and external environment,the excellent middle school PE teachers' professional development can be divided into four growth stages,its growth track is not absolute and unique,but to certainly vary from the external standards and individual subjectivity within the scope of the space time.Thirdly,the excellent PE teachers can be cultivated.The cultivation of the excellent middle school teachers stresses on taking meticulous care of the professional development process under the value rationality,establishes to the benefit of prompting outstanding achievements of PE teachers' living and development environment.At last,the mutuality of exogenesis and endogeny is the optimal paradigm for the development of excellent middle school PE teachers.'Life awareness' is the core value of the PE teachers' endogenous development paradigm.The PE teachers' development process experiences an objectivity-subjectivity-intersubjectivity path.On this basis,the study comes up with the promoting PE teachers' endogenous growth strategy:self-renewal in the self-oriented learning,self-reflection in the practical experience,self-development in the professional learning community and self-transcendence in the personal strength's development.
