With the promotion of educational democratization and the development of individualized education,people begin to pay more attention to and reflect on the disadvantages of uniformity,mechanism and suppression of students' individuality.Since the 1990 s,paying attention to the development of students' individual differences has become the focus of educational development in many countries.Based on the development of students' personality differences,the curriculum reform in China has also carried out constant exploration and reform and achieved certain results.But the author thinks that,not only to focus on the development of students' individual character difference,but also pay attention to the individual character difference of teacher development,the development of the student individuality difference was based on the development of teachers' individual differences,if want to better develop the students' individual differences,the most important is to provide diversification and individuation of classroom teachers,while the diversification and individuation of classroom based on teachers' curriculum with individual differences,to understand.This paper firstly expounds some basic problems of teachers' curriculum understanding differences in theory,and analyzes its basic characteristics.Through practical investigation,we can understand the phenomenon of teachers' curriculum understanding differences,analyze the causes of the phenomenon,and then discuss its educational value.Finally,we give some construction strategies.This paper mainly adopts the methods of literature research,interview research,comparative research,text analysis and questionnaire survey to study the differences in teachers' curriculum understanding in the following five aspects:The introduction introduces the reason of this thesis,the related research at home and abroad,the research method,research significance and innovation.The first part firstly defines the relevant concepts of this paper,then elaborates the theoretical basis of the differences in teachers' curriculum understanding from three aspects: philosophy,psychology,teaching and learning,and finally defines the dimensions of the differences in teachers' curriculum understanding,which serves as the theoretical support of this study.The second part is to elaborate the empirical investigation of this research and further analyze the current situation of teachers' curriculum understanding differences.The third part analyzes the reasons for the differences in teachers' curriculum understanding.After analyzing the data from the empirical survey,this paper summarizes the reasons into four points,namely the influence of people's inherent attributes,the influence of teachers' and students' views,the influence of pre-service and post-service experiences,and the influence of education development.The fourth part elaborates the differences on teachers understand courses education value,in order to make clear the necessity of construction of teachers' curriculum understanding differences,this paper from the school,teacher,student at 3 o 'clock,will the value of teachers' curriculum understanding differences summarized as three,respectively is conducive to form a multicultural learning atmosphere,conducive to teachers' own development,conducive to hierarchical training students.The fifth part is the teacher course to understand differences in specific problems give some solutions,in order to better construct the teachers' curriculum understanding differences,from two aspects of teachers' curriculum understand internal and external,internal respect teachers curriculum understanding and external courses for teachers to understand the difference of the difference of development to provide more convenient conditions.
