In recent years,with the rapid development of Internet technology,MOOC has also developed rapidly.MOOC has played an important role in solving the problem of educational fairness and realizing personalized education,but MOOC also faces many difficulties in its development,one of which is the low completion rate of courses.In order to better understand the literature status of MOOC course completion topics,the author analyzes the relevant topics and research methods of MOOC learners' course completion influencing factors through literature analysis,and makes a summary from the theoretical and methodological levels.On the theoretical level,the study pays more attention to the shallow factors than the deep factors that affect learners' MOOC learning.The study pays more attention to the dropout rate of MOOC courses.Research often uses imported models and adopts top-down research paradigm to analyze.The study did not distinguish between key factors and general factors.At the method level,MOOC learners have a single research method in literature related to their topics,less analysis with research methods in the field of management.Based on the grounded theory analysis method,the initial influencing factors for MOOC learners to complete the course were obtained through the acquisition and processing of interview data,data coding and reliability test.The research uses KANO model analysis method,through questionnaire design,questionnaire distribution and data processing,etc.,to stratify the demand of influencing factors and obtain key factors.In this paper,the fuzzy DEMATEL model analysis method is used to evaluate the relationship between the key factors and the calculation of the relationship matrix to analyze the internal relationship of the key factors system.The following research results are obtained through analysis by various methods: The research uses grounded theory research methods to obtain 23 initial influencing factors.The study uses KANO model to classify the initial influencing factors,and obtains 3 basic demand factors,6 expected demand factors,10 charismatic demand factors,3 irrelevant demand factors and 1 negative demand factor.On the basis of factor classification,the study obtained 8 key factors that affect learners to persist in completing the course.In this study,the fuzzy DEMATEL model is used to obtain 2 cause factors and 6 result factors for the key factor system.The research obtained the order of importance of key factors,and combined with the results of model analysis,it was found that the three factors of teachers' teaching level,course content quality and self-efficacy had the greatest impact on learners' persistence in completing the course.Based on the analysis and discussion of the research results,three suggestions are put forward,which are to improve the comfort level of learners' platform experience,to improve the learning quality of learners' courses from different angles and to improve the learners' process learning efficacy from different levels.
