The organizational commitment of agricultural science and technology extension talents is an important factor affecting the stability of agricultural science and technology extension team.In this study,the agricultural science and technology extension talents of Changsha County government,township-level agricultural science and Technology Extension Center and village-level agricultural extension station were taken as the research objects.Through field research,the organizational commitment level of agricultural science and technology extension talents and its influencing factors were understood.Suggestions and suggestions for improving the organizational commitment level of agricultural science and technology extension talents.In this study,Professor Ling Wenquan compiled the Organizational Commitment Questionnaire,using the method of regional type survey,which combines holistic sampling with stratified sampling.A questionnaire survey was conducted among agricultural science and technology extension talents in Changsha County,Hunan Province.A total of 300 questionnaires were distributed.284 questionnaires were received with a recovery rate of 94.67%.Eighteen invalid questionnaires were excluded and 266 valid questionnaires were valid,with an effective rate of 93.67%.Using SPSS22.0 and Mplus 7.30 to analyze the data,the conclusions are as follows:(1)The overall commitment and normative commitment,economic commitment and opportunity commitment of agricultural science and technology extension talents in Changsha County are relatively high,while the emotional commitment is at a medium level,and the ideal commitment is slightly lower than the average level.From high to low,there are normative commitment,economic commitment,opportunity commitment,emotional commitment and ideal commitment.(2)There are significant differences in demographic variables such as gender,age,educational background,length of service,working place,marital status,position,establishment,political outlook and income.(3)Age,length of service,position and income have positive predictions on organizational commitment of agricultural science and technology extension talents.
