Sharing economy has become an important area to solve the problem of employment in the world.The rapid development of sharing economy has brought great opportunities to China.According to the annual report on the development of China's sharing economy(2019),about 75 million service providers and 5.98 million platform employees participated in the sharing economy in 2018.The report fully recognizes the employment contribution of the sharing economy.At the same time,it must be noted that the rapid change of employment pattern and the characteristics of policy lag mean that labor conflicts inevitably occur from time to time,and there are still many problems in labor relationship between workers and platform enterprises.It is of great significance to analyze the labor-capital relations of platform enterprises in China to strengthen the protection of workers' rights and interests,ease the contradiction of labor relations and the sustainable development of platform enterprises.This paper mainly adopts literature analysis and data analysis to sort out and integrate the status quo of labor relations of platform enterprises under the background of sharing economy,the targeted platform enterprise labor relationship in China is a potential problem,and combining the marxist theory of labor relations platform enterprise employee problem cause of interpretation and analysis,and put forward the corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions.This paper mainly discusses from five aspects:The first chapter is the introduction.This paper mainly introduces the basis and significance of the topic selection,research review,research ideas and methods,innovation and shortcomings of the paper.The second chapter is theoretical overview.This chapter mainly summarizes the theoretical origin and theoretical connotation of Marx's theory of labor relations and the theory of harmonious labor relations with Chinese characteristics.The third chapter is the status quo and problems of labor relationship in platform enterprises.This chapter firstly combed the sharing platform for enterprises under the background of the economic situation,and then analyzes the problems existing in current China platform enterprise labor relationship,such as the contradiction of labor relationship is still outstanding,unclear standards of labor relationship,the platform enterprise labor income disparity is big,the laborer rights and interests of the lack of necessary security,low effectiveness of laborer of collective negotiation.The fourth chapter is the analysis of the causes of labor relationship in platform enterprises under the background of sharing economy.This chapter mainly aims at the labor relationship problems of Chinese platform enterprises and explores the causes and restrictive factors that cause these problems.In the context of the sharing economy,the contradiction between platform enterprises to reduce enterprise costs,evade corporate responsibilities and guarantee the rights and interests of workers is increasingly prominent.In order to effectively solve this contradiction,realize the sustainable and healthy development of platform enterprises in the sharing economy,and build a harmonious labor relationship,it is necessary to clarify the problems between platform enterprises and network contract workers,and actively explore the corresponding countermeasures.This paper has sorted out the development status of platform enterprises,and analyzes the problems of labor relations of platform enterprises through Marx's labor relations theory.It is the interpretation and answer of the sinicization theory of marxism to specific practical problems,and it is a research with theoretical value and practical significance.
