Study On Residence Intention Of Inflow Population In Beijing

Since the reform and opening up,China's economy in these decades has made rapid development and breakthrough,at the same time,the number of the population has also had a huge change.With the economic growth and population flow,the development of urbanization has also entered a critical period,in which large-scale population flow plays an important role in promoting the development of urbanization,in particular,the steady increase of population and timely integration is more conducive to the improvement of the level of urbanization,thus gradually realizing the citizenization.At present,the problem of floating population in urbanization has become the focus of many scholars,and one of the focuses of floating population research is whether the floating population is willing to stay in the inflow place for a long time,it is of great significance to the development of urbanization that what factors affect the residence intention of the inflow population.As the capital of our country,Beijing is the National Center for Politics,economy,culture,scientific research,education and international exchanges,and also a super-large city with high-speed economic development,but it is different from other megacities such as Shanghai and Guangzhou.It has its unique location advantage and social inclusion.It has always been an active area of population flow.For this reason,it makes more sense to explore whether the migrants are willing to stay in Beijing for a long time.This article takes the inflow population as the research object,analyzes emphatically the influence factor of the inflow population residence intention,thus promotes the stable development of Beijing.Based on the 2017 national population flow survey data,this paper understands the basic current situation of the inflow population in Beijing,judges the composition of the inflow population in Beijing,and uses the Logistic regression method,the purpose of this paper is to analyze the long-term residence intention of the floating population in Beijing and its influencing factors.And draw the following conclusions:First,as the age of the inflow population increases,the performance of settlementintention is more prominent,and the most obvious between 31-40 years old.These people are generally in good health,and have good travel experience and human capital advantages,have relatively good jobs and higher incomes,so they are more willing to live a long-term stable life.Secondly,the income level also affects the residence intention of the inflow population.The higher the income level,the stronger the residence intention of the inflow population.There is a positive correlation between the two,at the same time,it is found that high income level is the main reason for the migrants to stay in Beijing.Third,research shows that the level of health and the inflow of people in the inflow of long-term willingness to live there is also closely related.For healthy people,they are more willing to stay in Beijing than non-healthy people,which reflects the impact of quality of life on the willingness to stay.It is generally believed that due to the lower income of the non-healthy population,the living standard will decline,this part of the population will face greater economic pressure,so more reluctant to stay in Beijing for a long time.Fourthly,the length of the inflow also affects the resident intention of the inflow population.As the length of the inflow increases,the expression of the resident intention becomes more prominent,and the inflow of more than ten years is the most obvious,because this part of the inflow has accumulated a lot of social capital and self-satisfaction.Fifth,educational attainment also affects the willingness of the incoming population to stay,because when the incoming population has a higher educational attainment,they are more likely to be respected by local residents in megacities such as Beijing,to receive more attention from corporate leaders,and to be more satisfied with themselves in life,so they are more likely to live in Beijing for a long time.
