A Study On The Second Child's Fertility Intention Of The Floating Population And Its Influencing Factors In Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region

Since the implementation of family planning,with the progress of urbanization,China's population fertility rate continues to decline,facing a series of problems,such as the disappearance of "demographic dividend",the aging of the population and the "loss of independence" families.For this reason,China has been continuously adjusting its fertility policy since 2013.In 2016,the "comprehensive two child" policy was implemented to improve the fertility rate,increase the number of births,alleviate the problem of labor shortage and population aging to a certain extent,and promote the transformation of population structure.As an important force to promote urbanization,floating population is the main source of new urban population,and the vast majority of them are 15-49-year-old people of childbearing age,with great potential for childbearing.The level of their second child's willingness to bear plays an important role in adjusting the population structure.With the further promotion of the coordinated development of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei,the ability of attracting the floating population is increasing with the advantages of large economic aggregate and fast development speed.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the second child's fertility intention and influencing factors of the floating population in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei for the implementation of the "comprehensive second child" policy,the guarantee of future population development and the promotion of urbanization.This paper divides Beijing Tianjin Hebei region into five regions: Beijing Tianjin region,the core functional area around Beijing Tianjin region,the coastal first development area,the Northwest Ecological Conservation Area and the Central South functional development area.Firstly,the basic characteristics and regional differences of the floating population samples are analyzed,This paper explores the spatial distribution characteristics of the second child's childbearing intention of the floating population,and then studies the influencing factors of the second child's childbearing intention and spatial distribution of the floating population from two aspects: the floating population's own factors and the inflow factors.The conclusions are as follows:(1)the floating population samples in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei are all family oriented,most of them flow from rural areas to urban areas,and the housing security and social security situation in the inflow area are worrying.There are differences in the basic characteristics of the floating population samples among the five regions;(2)the floating population in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei has 20.77% of the second child birthintention,according to the second child birth intention of the floating population in each city According to the different wishes,the Beijing Tianjin Hebei region is divided into three regions: the southern region of high second child's wishes,the central region of middle second child's wishes and the northern region of low second child's wishes;(3)from the perspective of the floating population's own factors,the family economic characteristics and the characteristics of one child have a significant impact on the floating population's second child's wishes,specifically,the main occupation is public servants or professional technicians,and the housing nature is single Free housing,one child living in the household registration,one child mainly cared by his mother or grandparents,the floating population has a high willingness to have a second child;(4)from the perspective of the inflow factors,the floating population generally care about their children's later life,enrollment,medical treatment and other issues,so the floating population in areas with abundant education resources,medical resources and moderate housing prices has a high willingness to have a second child.This study emphasizes the differences and influencing factors of the second child's fertility intention of the floating population in different regions.In the analysis of influencing factors,from the perspective of geography,the influence of regional characteristics on the fertility intention is added.The selection of influencing factors is more comprehensive,which expands the research perspective and complements the research of the floating population and the second child's fertility intention in Beijing Tianjin Hebei region.
