The Analysis Of The Willingness To Reside Of Hainan's Floating Population And It's Influencing Factors

In recent years,the number of floating population in Hainan Province has increased year by year with the construction of the Hainan Special Economic Zone and the promotion of related policies.The increase in the number of floating population has promoted the economic and social development of Hainan Province,making more people willing to live in Hainan,thus forming a virtuous circle.Now,studying the influencing factors of the floating population's willingness to stay in Hainan Province can provide a reference for the government to formulate policies to increase the floating population,so that the government can better attract and retain talents.At the same time,it can promote Hainan Province to become a distinctive,energetic and young "migratory bird" province,helping it develop new consumer economic markets and continuously improve the level of urban economic development.According to the 1989 China Statistical Yearbook,the fourth national census data,the fifth census data,the sixth census data and the 2011-2019 Hainan statistical yearbook,the development process of the floating population in Hainan is divided into three stages,Respectively,the period of rapid growth of floating population from 1990 to 2000;the period of gradual growth of floating population from 2000 to 2010;the period of mobile growth of "migratory birds" from 2010 to the present.This article uses the 2017 National Health and Health Commission's national dynamic monitoring data of floating population,selects variables that meet demographic characteristics,mobility characteristics,socioeconomic characteristics,and social integration characteristics,and analyzes the influencing factors of the floating population's willingness to live in Hainan Province by establishing a binary classification logic model.The general summary is as follows: 1.Among the demographic characteristics,the family size factor has an impact on the inter-provincial and intra-provincial residence wishes of Hainan Province.At the same time,the high-education inter-provincial floating population has a stronger willingness to stay.2.By analyzing the characteristics of mobility,the flow area and time of the floating population can have an impact on the willingness of the floating population to stay in Hainan Province.3.From the perspective of socioeconomic characteristics,the amount of income and the nature of housing can affect the floating population's willingness to stay.4.From the perspective of characteristic factors of social integration,social integration and the application for residence permit can improve the recognition of their own local identity,which can affect their willingness to stay.Finally,on the basis of studying the influencing factors of the floating population's willingness to stay in Hainan Province,this paper puts forward relevant policy recommendations for the government regarding the social integration of floating population.
