National traditional sports culture is a national wealth that has been tempered in our country 's long history.It has been widely spread in the Chinese land among the working people of our country,and has spread to all parts of the world with people's migration,trade,and development.In recent years,sports festivals and cultural events derived from national traditional sports have gradually become an important way to attract tourists and invest in trade in various cities and regions,and have achieved significant economic and cultural values.This article conducts a systematic and in-depth study of the international kite festival mode in Weifang,the city's image and branding influence marketing methods,specific paths,ways to organize meetings,economic and trade ideas,and urban development consistency.In order to explore the effective ways,successful experiences and development rules of the urban ecological environment for the development of traditional national sports culture,it can provide a reference for the inheritance of traditional national sports culture and the development of economic benefits in China.In essence,one person has the same traditional sports culture that is different from other regions.Sports culture is full of diversity and characteristics,with local cultural characteristics and cultural customs.As far as kite flying is concerned,it has the functions of edifying sentiment,relaxing body and mind,promoting social harmony,enriching the needs of mass sports culture,and expecting peace.However,kite flying has given too much personal feelings since ancient times.This article adopts research methods such as literature data method,interview method,field survey method,and logic analysis,and combs the development history,economic and social benefits,development ideas of urban marketing in Weifang International Kite Festival,and The enlightenment will be comprehensively investigated and summarized.Explore the organic combination of traditional ethnic sports culture and urban development,and find common problems and restrictive factors in urban image and brand development,and propose correspondingdevelopment countermeasures for the inheritance of traditional ethnic sports culture and the use of resources in festivals in China Provide useful inspiration.The conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)Since the Weifang International Kite Festival was held,it has been divided into four stages: the initial development stage,the promotion of the well-known stage,the improvement of the scale stage,and the formation of the industry stage.(2)In the development of the Weifang International Kite Festival,a mode different from the general festival activities was held,namely,"kite matchmaking,cultural and sports platform,economic and trade singing." The government does not intervene in the market's independent regulation and control but rather assists the market's self-circulation and delegates power to enterprises to maximize the benefits of the economic and trade association.Obviously,its model can quickly adapt to the market and even lead the market.(3)The development of the Weifang International Kite Festival has always closely followed the development background of the city,closely followed the needs of the main participants,and strengthened the connection between kite culture and Weifang through electronic media,advertising,and policy documents.It is the integration of cultural elements into the urban ecological environment,which further guarantees the uniqueness of Weifang's urban culture and the cultural identity and belonging of the people.(4)Weifang kite has a long and profound historical and cultural connotation and rich and colorful kite types,which makes the kite culture get the attention of the local government and the public,and provides important policy support and development power for the development of Weifang International Kite Festival..From the perspective of traditional sports activities,it enriches the connotation of national traditional culture and fills the skeleton of China's excellent sports culture.However,Weifang City has become the hometown of kites,which has significantly improved the city's opening up and regional competition.
