After entering the 21 st century,the economy has developed rapidly.Driven by economic globalization,the global economy developed by festivals has become more mature.Under the rapid promotion of scientific and technological information,cultural development has become more active,and information exchange between cultures has become more frequent.In a state of economic activity,various cultural exhibitions and competitions have emerged.The development of sports festivals in Shandong Province began to mature after experiencing the adjustment period in the 1990 s.Its large-scale sports festival activities also explored the operation mode of“government-led,enterprise participation,and market-oriented operation”,realizing a good transition from government sponsorship to government-led and ultimately to enterprise participation,and guided the development of regional sports festivals.For example,Weifang City makes Weifang International Kite Festival its own city brand and identify Weifang City as “the world capital of kites”.Weifang City has set up a special "Weifang Kite Office" and "Weifang Kite Association" specialized organization.Theoretical basis: based on the theory of sports communication,with the influence of Weifang International Kite Festival-the function and value of sports intermediaries on the economic development of Weifang;Taking the radiation of sports society as the source,the Weifang International Kite Festival as the intermediary,and the social radiation of the Weifang International Kite Festival as the research object.Through the Weifang International Kite Festival,the four core concepts of culture,sports culture,body culture and social radiation are defined by the influence of Weifang's economic development,people's life and social progress.The social radiation generated by the Weifang International Kite Festival Conduct in-depth analysis,research,and exploration.The research questions:Taking the interview method,field investigation method and literature data as the main research methods,the Weifang International Kite Festival will becomprehensively investigated and researched.Taking the Weifang International Kite Festival as an example,the theory of sports,culture and sociology is blended,infiltrated and integrated to form a theoretical system supporting the viewpoint of this article.It aims to promote the social radiation pattern of sports culture formed by the Weifang International Kite Festival to the whole society,and provide a theoretical reference for the places that need to be developed.Conclusion:1.The social radiation of sports culture is conducive to the transformation of traditional sports activities;2.The social radiation of sports culture is of great significance to the transformation of traditional sports events;3.The social radiation of sports culture can be of great significance to the creation of modern competitive sports.Suggestions:1.Strengthen the spread of the traditional Chinese sports culture;2.Strengthen the publicity work of large-scale sports events;3.Establish an ecological service system to meet the public's demand for sports culture.
